At first I couldn't tell if I was high. If what I'm smoking is in fact Granddaddy Purple, it gives more of a body high than anything else. It's not really an intense high so much as it's relaxing and lethargic. The effects I'm feeling are somewhat consistent with what most reviewers had posted. I'm not really an expert when it comes to some of the gimmicky names that are given to smoke, so I've no real way of identifying what I've got (other than the pictures). The shit I got before this was much stronger, and that was just regular shit, according to my buddy. I am feeling a bit sleepy, though. If this is indeed Granddaddy Purple, I probably wouldn't buy it again. I like a full lift, not just a body high.

A nice rushing relaxation with a smooth but pungent flavor and aroma as one takes a hit. As the fx peak I Xperienced a nice warming body sensation, coupled by a tranquil relaxing state do mind

It started off numbing my legs and relaxing me, now about 20-30 minutes in i feel pressure behind my nose and in eyes. It is a pretty nice strain honestly and i am a regular smoker who has tried over 30 medical marijuana strains and i have had my license since january. It is a pretty nice bud cant really go wrong with this one.

Now that im back in Texas, I've found that a lot of the weed here hasn't matched up to the bud I got back in Oklahoma. I'm pleased to say that GDP definitely went above and beyond. Very smelly buds. Very sweet and aromatic. Green and hair, semi-dense buds. Taste is sweet and somewhat earthy. Makes you lazy but able to function. Good for basically anything from sitting around the house to making dinner to going to a movie with friends. Gets you stoned, too. Not as good as purple kush because I like the melt-into-the-couch feeling of purple kush, but it's still very potent and a very strong indica. Gives me really bad munchies, but I don't mind. Great if you need help with appetite or stress relief.

Good strain. The deep purple leaf and flower threw me off a bit (I actually thought it was mold) but soon discovered different. Good relaxing high. Brings on the giggles and is great for conversation. Heavy smoke - Best taste is achieved rolled. Good stuff.
