I LOOOOOVE this strain, sucks that hardly ANYONE has ever gotten to try the REAL Grape Ape since the REAL Mendo Purps has been kept a secret with only several orginal pheno Mother plants around & Mendocino does a good job of keeping it there BUT regardless whatever pheno of Mendo Purps I've been getting the past several yrs has had army green buds with orange hairs kinda like some phenos of GDP, NOT TOO high in THC but it doesn't need to be, it has ALWAYS been JUST enough for me to do whatever I wanted 2 do before I smoked but couldn't, it takes my anxiety away, it gives my entire body a full blown warm massage,& even has some cerebral sativa like qualities such as the warm head stoned buzzed feeling with happy thoughts and just positive outlook and pure euphoria. To grow this strain is SOOOOOO fun especially as u get better at growing. Outdoors u might get this plant to be 4 ft tall and bushy and maybe pull a couple oz on ur 1st EVER grow (like me 10 yrs ago), and as u learn what this girl likes while in veg she'll reward u in flower, I last grew this in 2017 and the plant was almost 8 ft tall & after supercropped, pinched MANY times, defoliating, and MAKE SURE TO GIVE THIS PLANT PLENTY OF SILICA, Cal-Mag is an obvious(I ONLY grow in Coco now cuz the yields, eyeball appeal,and NOW EVEN tastes better than when grown in soil, so make sure to mix the Silica in ur plain water 1st, after mixing THEN add ur Cal-Mag, after that it depends on whether ur growing ANY type of hydro or soil will depend on how u mix ur nutes after that, cut the sucker branches off and in the end you'll have a VERY tall plant but more bushy than anything with about 100 main colas shaped in a candelabra type form if trained and given LST properly

i NEVER write reviews but this was an exception. perfect as a night cap. a floaty feeling that you can actually enjoy. lasts long as well.

If you’re needing something to help you wind down in the evening or before bed, this is it. No paranoia, which is great for my anxiety. Great flavor too!
