My neck muscles get so tight from anxiety, and this + a bath just loosened me up ❤️❤️❤️ Wonderful, clearheaded but very calm. Great for a lightweight like me
Great for day time use. You won’t get couch locked and is great for pain management. I ruptured my Achilles last year and have chronic pain. Just discovered this strain. What a Godsend!
TL;DR: fantastic for chilling out and talking about the universe or skinny dipping with friends. A+ for inflammation, B for pain. A for relaxation. B for happiness and stress relief.
Long version:
It’s been a long while since I’ve walked the universe with our lovely Mary Jane. I’ve gotten older, had kids, and have herniated discs, bad knees, and migraines. Harle’s high after one long pull was so warm and pleasant. Felt euphoric and happy, but still laid back and relaxed. Perfect for writing, painting, watching Netflix with friends, or evening swimming with pals. I was definitely too relaxed to do any more functional stuff though. Was able to pass out with some epic dreams pretty quick. I was able to get some good software coding done though too. Mellow and chill headspace and enough giggles to keep it fun. It wasn’t the sledgehammer I was looking for for my back pain, but it told my inflammation to GTFO. Best part, morning after, my back and knees are nowhere near as swollen. A+ on inflammation. I think I’d want another strain if you need something to destroy pain, although this did the job, she was just so chill about it all. Like harle was trying to be nice to my pain and body. I kept thinking we should call it “be at peace.”

All CBD 10%
This is a great basic strain for a relaxing mellow that is not too harsh. I tried it out for anxiety and PTSD relief and it wasn't as effective as other strains but it does take a load off.
love this one. exhale and feel the tension and pain dissolve. low thc makes it hard to take too much, doesn't shut my brain down. just lofi on a rainy day with a cup of tea.
Probably my favorite CBD flower strain. I'm an extremely sensitive person, so I feel everything I put into my body and how it affects it: foods, drinks, medications, and of course marijuana. I used to smoke a lot when I was younger, but as I got older I started to get a lot of anxiety and even panic when I'd smoke THC. Even in my every day life I've often dealt with crippling anxiety and depression. This strain is absolutely phenomenal for reducing all anxiety, worry, rumination, and sleeplessness. There is only the slightest tinge of what you would consider a "high", maybe 3%. The other 97% is a whole-body feeling of relaxation and warmth. This stain puts my mind at ease and allows me to drift into a typically deep and restful sleep. I don't wake up feeling groggy, as CBD actually coaxes your brain into stage 3 REM sleep. As a lifelong athlete, it also appears to work well for pain and inflammation. Throbbing in my knees and back dissipate slightly in the first 30 minutes or so after smoking. The taste and aroma are earthy, tangy and delicious. I recommend this relaxing strain to anyone who suffers from anxiety, depression, and bodily pain. Combining this with a dash of a nice Indica strain is also a great relaxation tool.
This is my first CBD strain. I bought this because I wanted to try a different approach to medical marijuana. CBD only for a while- and I was worried that I wouldn't get as much relief as I do with strains that have THC, because that's what I'm used to, but to be honest- I feel more like myself than I have in months. It is still helping me. I wouldn't compare it to anything, it isn't sedating me. I feel focused and awake but calm. Within a minute after inhaling, my mind stopped racing- and there is a "feeling" from it still. It's some parts, without the chilling realizations, and the mind-altering effects. Good medicine. The terpenes are good. It's mostly myrcene, a dreamy herbal flavor- some terpinolene so it's actually quite fruity, there's also some spiciness.
