Ingrid is the first Indica I tried for insomnia that is related to a cancer drug I take daily. I've tried dozens of the purples since, and everything else indicated for insomnia, but Ingrid is the only thing that works for the full night, consistently. There's ZERO paranoia and I feel happy and rested the next day. I drive 2 to 3 hours to buy Ingrid as there are only 2 dispensaries that carry it in AZ. It's 100% worth the drive. If you have pain, insomnia, and or gastro issues, give Ingrid a shot. I haven't found anything comparable yet.

I only use medical pot to sleep. Peripheral Neuropathy in my feet keep me awake, and this helps neutralize the pain and helps me sleep. Unfortunately I have not found this in Oregon, only California.

This strain is a huge pain reliever, not to mention the muscle relaxation. I find smoking it after dinner, (before if i have no interest in eating) it sets up the night well. I take a LOT of medication, opiates included and i am taking less as a result of this bud alone.

Good indica strain.

this Indica doesn't knock me out or give me the munchies but rather Ingrid has excellent pain relief and muscle relaxation.

incredible. almost like an opiate. fuckin medicated dont feel anxious at all and i am really mellowed out. 10 outa 10 would recomend
