Ingrid reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Ingrid.
Tried this from courtesy of Barbary Coast in San Francisco. I was incredibly pleased with this strain, I am very hard to please, my only complaint was that the bud was little drier then I prefer!
Pick this up at a recreational cannabis outlet in Massachusetts. Highly recommend for sleep has a nice cheese aroma relaxing yeah
Great heavy indica effects, just what I was looking for! Haven’t smoked for a few days and went and got some of this strain so I got the full effects of this strain and goddamn it was good. Greenway medical did a great job with this one. Tested 5.5% Limonene, 2.9% b-Caryophyllene, 7.3% b-Myrcene and 21.5% THC. The high level of Myrcene let’s you relax, especially if you get anxiety from smoking. and almost enhances the body effects of this strain, which is great for me!
Love this strain, great for relaxing after a long day, just let your worries slip away.
I often use it before bed, I get much better sleep.
works great for my ptsd
I give it a 4. I'm a bit stingy with my ratings so please understand a 4 is great!
Great strain I discovered with the help of a budtender at Grandma's Goodies. Last night and this morning is my first experience wth Ingrid and let me tell you; Ingrid is treating me very well!
My first impression is the sweet, earthy, pine aroma. Amazing. Crisp. These buds not only smell great, but they are pretty dense. I chose this because I was looking for some potency. GG's was right about this quality. 2 hits just about knocks me on my ass. If this was 1 year ago, I might be passed out.
This kicks in somewhat quickly. The body high is heavy and I am pain free. It's easy and comfortable to space out with this high. However, I'm also experiencing wonderful creative thoughts.
About 20 minutes later, the high deepens with a richness of relaxation and comfort. Just a tiny nug in my glass bowl made this a wonderful 4:20AM wake and bake!
Time for a follow-up since everyone is still asleep. :)
Cheers and be well.
Ingrid is a special flower. Highly potent, she'll hit you in one or two tokes. And you'll feel her effects immediately. I felt them as much in my head as in my body -- perhaps atypical of an Indica-dominant strain. Very trippy and psychedelic after smoking one joint. The body high was intense, as well. I felt a numbness in my face and mouth, and a general slowness and heaviness to my limbs. My sense of time slowed to a crawl. Everything was groovy. The effects lasted for at least two or three hours before I drifted off into a very restful sleep.
Aesthetically, Ingrid is an interesting strain. Its flowers are packed and packed with trichomes, which will vary from milky to amber, in different proportion, depending upon harvest time and curing. The smell is, shall we say, idiosyncratic. I smelled musk, faint citrus, and sharply cured cheese. Others have claimed to smell "dog poop." Talk to anyone who's encountered Ingrid, and they'll give you a slightly different, but no less creative description. Whatever the case, this flower is different from the others. Stankier. You'll know Ingrid when you see and smell it.
Subtly pungent. Love this strain. This properly courts you, holds your hand, wishes you good night, kisses your cheek at the door and sends you to slumberland.
Has a very strong cheese smell. 5 star for the smell!
Nice neon color and loaded with trichomes. Tight and compact buds that has a 5 star look.
Where it lacks is the taste. For how aromatic this flower is I was expecting equally potent flavor..... not the case and it would only get 3 stars for taste.
Very heavy medicinal effect but wasn't so heavy I passed right out. Clear headed high with mild couch lock but damn does it give you bad cotton mouth and stimulates appetite.
