I ordered some Jager based on an online description. Soon after l turned to Leafly to see what was bought. I was going for an indica but became scared with descriptions that made it seem like Good @ Plenty and even worse Blue Dream was in the lineage (I hate BD, it's too damn harsh). It arrived and was a pungent delightful smoke. Not the strongest bud, but delicious. I grew up in the 70's and you had one choice back then. Today I go for good flavor as well as high. I will get more of this winner.

this is my absolute favorite strain out of the ones that I have tried so far. the first time I tried it I took two hits and it was nearly an instant woahhhhh. I have been looking for it near me since then to no avail. I felt energized I felt happy and I was definitely in the sky! highly recommend this strain to anyone curious. its surprisingly strong and unexpected.

By far the best strain I know it was introduced to me by a friend of mine who grabs for dispensaries simply amazing helps with all the medical needs that I needed help with. It’s great for depression anxiety and insomnia and found that it works well for me as well it’s a great high nice dark but it’s been amazing taste I’d recommend anyone

Jaeger is a very solid strain of the Indica family. As another reviewer has pointed out Jaeger does originally come from Southern Oregon near the Grants Pass/Williams area. I very distinctly remember in 2011 when I was living down there growing for someone, and our neighbors had some Jaeger plants and no one else had ever heard of it, and the next year it was very popular and clones were all over the market. From what I was told by our clone source Jaeger is actually Purple Hindu Kush, but for some unknown reason people began to pass it around as Jaeger. Both PHK and JR are amazing strains regardless. I found a great dispensary in my area (Salem, Or), and they sell both strains. I have been purchasing the PHK recently, but today I decided to try their Jaeger because it is half the price. I am sitting in my car right now with a nugget of both strains, and I cannot tell them apart by any means whatsoever, other than the fact that they were obviously grown by two different farms and with different methods, but the look, the smell, and every characteristic of the strains themselves are identical. As far as the effect is concerned Jaeger is a very solid strain. It has a great buzz to it. It has an energetic vibe that some Indica strains lack, and therefore it will not put you in that haze of laziness like some Indica strains will. Long lasting effects, probably a solid hour of being really noticeably stoned from just one small bowl (around .3g), and a much longer lasting body high. It gives a great body high for sure, and being a person who deals with a severe level of pain on a daily basis I would say that this stuff is honestly quite amazing for pain relief, and it still has a good head high effect to it as well. If you ever have the opportunity to partake in this lovely strain then take it! You will be glad you did. :) Peace Happy tokin'!

My batch came from WA. Dark purple dense buds with a lot of sticky trichomes. Smells very potent and will fill the room. One of my favorite indicas and would love to grow this. I used this to relax and wind down quicker as I'm an insomniac. I never needed too much unlike some other strains.

Great fuzzy body high that also lifts your spirits!

It’s like sitting in a hot tube with your clothes on.. Good stuff!! Clear head with good body high.
