For me it’s a bit of a creeper but once it hits, I’m super relaxed enough to rest or sleep comfortably for hours. Which helps me because I have insomnia and chronic pain.

Was looking for an indica and came across King Louis XIII, smelled it & knew instantly that was the one i was grabbing. Smelled skunky and buds looked like some OG. Definitely feeling the OG Kush in this 💯🔥 feeling happy & relaxed not quite sleepy yet tho but then again it’s only been about 10 mins since i smoked. Effects hit me immediately

I am a chronic pain patient with schizoaffective and bpd. I have to be extra careful about strains and how they effect my head because I don't want them to increase any psych symptoms or hallucinations. This strain has been a game changer 💗 I can pull on it all day long and it takes care of crippling pain and it helps keep my mind calm and happy and after about a month of smoking on it consistently I haven't seen any uptick in psych episodes!

This is definitely a night time strain. Good replacement for melatonin.

King Louis is one of my favorite strains. For purposes of this review, I will disclose that I have tried it as a Plug n' Play cart and as a Dime 1g disposable. Both are great representations of this wonderful strain. First, one downside: it gives me major dry mouth. Have liquids around, especially if you are in a conversation. I suffer from back pain, insomnia, anxiety, and bipolar depression. This strain helps with all. I am in a tough time of my life and this is helping me stay calm. I have a high tolerance but this relatively-low thc content still delivers. A true indica, you won't feel this in your head other than a sense of calm and well-being, like everything is going to be ok. I have worked after a couple of puffs and felt clear-headed enough to carry out my duties without mistakes. And my back didn't kill me like it usually does. I refer to "my boyfriend Louis" and how calm he makes me. No effects in the sexual department for me, unfortunately. I highly recommend this strain, especially if you have a troubled mind that is making you anxious and having trouble sleeping.
