Lavender reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Lavender.
See a mix of reviews here. I have all over body pain from musculoskeletal issues and nerve pain plus occasional insomnia. To avoid the anxiety that this strain has been reported to bring in the first phase of the high, I blended it with my favorite CBD (Frida or Lucy). It’s definitely earned it’s rep as a medical strain, mellow and sleep inducing. I could see this being overwhelming if you’re using concentrates or smoking/vaping a large amount. As with most new things, start small and work your way up to your comfort level.. I vape all of my flower in a flowermate personal vaporizer. Strain came from my favorite grower: Raven Grass. All glass and metal packaging for 1/8’s and up. The only plastic is the clear vinyl label. 🌎🤙🏽🌌

I started to use cannabis to help with my insomnia, anxiety, and PTSD a couple years ago. This is the best tasting and smelling indica I’ve used. I smoke it in pre-rolls made by Saints. It is very fast acting and knocks me out pretty quickly, so before I smoke it, I make sure I have nothing to do or get done other than go straight to bed. Only downside is it gives me the worst dry mouth I’ve ever had. Small price to pay for an excellent night’s sleep.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STRAIN IF YOU HAVE NEUROLOGICAL ISSUES OR DYSAUTONOMIA! Contrary to what ratings say, Dysautonomia causes random & sometimes opposite reactions to medications, coffee, stimulation in general, & of course marijuana or drugs. So I had to map terpenes & find my own reaction to each of them & not go by what this site says. Research said Indicas would be best for my symptoms, however the Sativas that have higher risk of anxiety actually are safer for me & my panic attacks.
I take less than half of recommended dose & probably a quarter of Lavender. I cannot tolerate it at all. Full blow paranoia, anxiety, chills, blood pressure rising, knowing I'm going to die all occur. It takes a ton of Xanax to get it to back off, meditation, years of training, & no lights, sound, or stimulation, plus a very warm blanket with a hoodie on to stop the shaking to prevent seizures. Pain can actually INCREASE in this situation.
For most people this probably is fine. My girlfriend loves it. Myrcene by itself can be dangerous I learned without other terpenes to balance. The "L's" & "C's" I found are best if your like me & find this to be adverse to you. Jack Herer, Myakka Gold, Sour Diesel, & similar profiles all do better for pain. I'd say learn the terps then pick the flowers. Don't pick by symptoms etc. Be smart!
Super smooth smoke and flavor. Almost milky and earthy. Hits real nice and easy - smooth
I heard this strain was good for insomnia so I decided to give it a shot. Potent and flowery this strain just makes you forget about the worries of the day. As someone with severe anxiety, I have trouble quieting my thoughts enough to go to sleep. But after a few hits from my lavender cart, I’m falling asleep and STAYING asleep! I can’t remember the last time I slept through the whole night like that. Certainly recommend for those having trouble sleeping!
One of my favorites.
It feels to me like a slightly more mellow version of purple urkle. With a great relaxant effect. It helps with my lower back alot. Personally, it's an over all relaxing strain. I have social anxiety and this strain is perfect that as well. Not to mention if you need a little nudge to get some ZZZ's. This might work.
Downside.. can be a little hard to find.

Too earthy and super dry. My problem with Rhythm is the quality across the board. DO BETTER(.)
Lavender is an exceptional strain. It gave me a strong head buzz for about thirty minutes. During that time, I can feel the nerve passages in my face and neck receiving nerve impulses. It feels like a mellow vibration. Lavender made me very talkative with friends. That may be because I am a flamboyant extrovert, but I digress. After the initial effects, the classic indica traits come out and I begin looking for a place to sit down and relax for a few hours. I climbed some stairs while I was enjoying the effects of Lavender and getting up the stairs took some additional effort. Walking was slightly impaired but mind you at this point I was elevated out of my mind. Lavender put me in a marvelous state of mind and allowed me to think about how wonderful everything is. I was carefree and relaxed. I feel that this strain is good for social scenarios and for enjoyment on your own. I would recommend Lavender as an evening strain because you get a nice head buzz then you relax in an excellent state of mind. A couple hours after an indulgence, Lavender will assist you in falling asleep and because you're in such a great state of mind, you have the potential to experience wonderful dreams. Overall, Lavender is in my top three favorite strains. I'm normally obsessed with sativa, but Lavender is too good not to love. From my own research, I believe Lavender has a THC content of around 27%. One can tell Lavender has a high THC content soon after indulging in the glory. I'll never forget the dark purple color on the buds. I love Lavender!
