Very focused & energetic high. Like a strong cup of coffee. Made me stare into space and think a lot. Weren't exactly the best quality of buds I got, so it only gets 3/5 for now.

Very good strain! Tastes awesome! Tastes eathy and different. The high is uplighting and great for a day smoke. This strain also helps with my depression, stress and anxiety. I'm lucky I bought this because I didn't know how rare it was. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it!

Excellent Sativa. A semi-rare strain that hails from the cradle of life: Africa. Strong, heady high that precedes a nice, energetic body buzz. High in THC. I "highly" recommend this strain as a go-to pure sativa strain. I realize some of these were incomplete sentences; my apologies.

When I find a strain like African Buzz (a variant of Malawi Gold) I get very excited. As it is a 100% Sativa strain the body high is lacking and so I do need to smoke more before I begin to really notice the THC activating but the effects are much preferable to an Indica Dominant strain like Northern Lights. African Buzz/Malawi Gold is the perfect strain for daily cannabis use. I like smoking a lot but I’m also a busy guy so I can’t have couch lock sitting in when i’m trying to get shit done. After smoking a few bowls a I feel energized, uplifted and my creativity begins to flow. The smell and taste of this strain certainly leaves a lot of be desired. When I was buying the 8th my friend remarked “that smells exactly like the Zoo” and to be honest it sorta does. The smell is dominated by an earthy and slightly flowery fragrance - almost like the straw found on the floor of the elephant habitat. The taste isn’t particularly pleasant either. It’s that stereotypical grassy taste that you might generally associate with lower quality shake. There is some hint of a fruity aftertaste but not in the notable way like a bug of Blueberry Cheesecake. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. I love pure sativas and i’m very happy to be smoking on this but there are other sativas with a bigger punch and a better taste.

Great strain for getting active! in large doses however it can be very psychoactive. I took a few dabs of this and got a camper reframed and all the housework done. It is very potent though when well grown so I don't recommend it for beginners

I'm smoking generic Malawi Gold (or what is called #1 grade) here in Lilongwe, Malawi. I must say that its better than any other strain I tried in Africa. A powerful lasting high that lasts 4 - 5 hours. Your experience will vary greatly upon your mood at the time of smoking. I recommend being relaxed. Procuring: Its not available on the streets, so you have to know someone who will sell you this stuff. Live in Malawi, make some friends, and you will find some soon. #1 grade Malawi is a very powerful strain of marijuana, and does give a very strong but pleasant "high", whose calming effects will last well into the next day. General Advice: Smoke peacefully at home and avoid public places (to avoid paranoia attacks). Also avoid mixing with alcohol, as things could likely get "unpredictable"!
