My batch was by Cru. It was decent smoke. A little dry, but the taste and effect made it up for sure.

This was sold to me as “Biker Purps”. Open the container, wow, what a stink! Smelled awful. First thing that came to mind is piss. Did a hit, heavy head, feeling kinda detached. Not so much sleepy as out of it. If that’s what you’re looking for, knock yourself out. For me, I think I’ll be tossing it. Tastes and smells horrible, effects not anything I want. Such a waste of money, really tired of buying from dispensaries and getting garbage that ends up being thrown away.

I am flabbergasted that this strain is less supported on leafly than it's newer incarnations. We got to support the roots yall, this strain is under-represented.

IF ANYONE ASKS - I would definitely consider Mendo Purps to be a medicinal strain. Super relaxing, it felt like the muscles in my face literally let go simultaneously. This strain is great for reducing inflammation. I really believe that it might actually be better than an NSAID/anti inflammatory medication, muscle relaxer; even most OTC and prescription pain relievers, as well as medications specifically prescribed for nerve pain. It completely took a away my migraine, which I get frequently. My acute shoulder pain and back pain also went away, as well as my other chronic pain caused by my autoimmune disease. Even my husband’s nerve pain was completely reduced. In addition, Mendo Purps helps relieve anxiety and depression. This is a great strain to help with ADD/ADHD symptoms. I feel alert, focused, motivated; uplifted, social and content. It can also inspire a person’s creative and spiritual side. Personally, this strain reminds me of a mixture of Pineapple Express, Purple Panty Dropper and Sour Jack, even a bit of Jack Herer. Definitely worth trying! It’s a well-rounded strain for sure! Thank you! Peace, Love & Speakeasy ✌🏼😘

Picked mine up in Phoenix at JARS. Very nice taste and sends the head spinning before settling into a nice body high. Helps me with my back pain and can count on a deep sleep. One of my top 5 strains..

This strain is the parent of Purple Urkel and grows like an adorable little fat bush. If it’s below 65 degrees it almost turns black w/thick fat leaves. It dominated the emerald triangle for a while in yhe 2000s. It even smells like grape soda! I thought it was a pure Indica from the Kush mountain region or Afghanistan, but it may have purple Thai in the lineage. What an epic strain/Pheno that really represents northern Cali.
