Temp control on the cool side makes this strain very happy.

This helped me relax and get some much needed rest. I have a fairly low tolerance to meds so it doesn't take a whole lot for me. Two puffs and I wait...this was a for sure two puff med for me.

This is great for depression, anxiety, stress, stomach pains, nausea, and general light body aches. It has a very calming, and happy effect. It is definitely a creeper. The best way to smoke it is to smoke half the bowl, wait 10 min then smoke the rest of the bowl. Permafrost doesn't have a real strong scent to me. It will give you dry red eyes, dry mouth, and light munchies. You are able to act sober when needed as long as they can't see your eyes. I have to say that I really like this strain. Enjoy!
