Purple Arrow reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Purple Arrow.
A solid strain, smells wonderful with a sticky and dense product that packs a wallop. Just one strong pipe hit gets me quite high and a second pipe hit is blissful.
My only warning is if you consume too much, you'll get nasty cotton mouth and probably a headache a few hours later.
Great for chronic pain management.
Awesome Awesome strain for pure relaxing and it is an excellent relief after a triathlon. Also the mind is so relaxed while using Purple Arrow.

Picked it up at a Rec Shop and loved it. Smoked it out of a bong and in no time I felt euphoric with immediate pain relief. Recommended
The first sentence of the strain description is exactly correct: When it comes to knocking out pain, NO medical strain hits the target quite like Purple Arrow.
Or comes anywhere close.
I have severe pain from lumbar arthritis, and I swear, Purple Arrow makes me think I have cannabinoid receptors in my back. The pain relieving/anti-inflammatory properties of this strain come mostly from the Black Domina side of the family, while the pleasant-but-not-overwhelming head buzz comes from the Permafrost side.
Really, really fine Purple Arrow is unquestionably the best weed I've ever had, and I will go well out of way to get it. But beware: sometimes, what's sold as Purple Arrow is actually Permafrost. TRUE Purple Arrow had a very distinct "bite" to its smell, also from it's Black Domnia ancestry.
Great for relaxing, Tastes like candy, and it's smells like fire
Very dense flowers. Mild intensity, medium duration indica effect without any couch lock. Very little aroma or flavor - faintly sweet, with subtle plum overtones.
This strain is right there with Grape God. I have pain, I don't need to feel f*cked up, I need relief. The first time I tried Purple Arrow I had nerve pains shooting down my neck into my upper back. After the first drag the pain was gone, and I could still function at about 90%. Everything else I've tried hits so fricking hard I can't even think. With G.G. or P.A. I can spend time enjoying the smoking aspect of medicating and still make it back into the house to help out in the kitchen. I gave the strength rating of 9 because it kicked the shit out of my pain, not by how buzzed I got.
Really great strain for pain relief, also gives a nice mild high that keeps you focused, sociable and alleviates depression and anxiety. I have bone spurs in my foot so severe they've been shaved off during surgery and still there was substantial pain. This does a fantastic job of minimizing or removing that pain. This is now my new favorite strain. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Seems to have a bit of a lavender taste, just something I noticed, not objectionable.
