Excellent strain. Very uplifting hi.

A magical blend of indica and sativa, this strain defines mellow. Neither energetic nor lazy, the buzz from Red Dragon is what I would call adaptive: if you need to get something done, you'll be able to; if you've got nothing but zone-ing out on your to-do list, you'll achieve contentment riding this. (It might have a hint of horny.) I gave 4 stars because the rides are noticeably on the short side. (buy more ;)

The taste reminds me of a tropical fruit punch. It leaves me feeling very happy and giggly. My pain melts away. Oh, and it took like 20 minutes to write this review because I keep forgetting what I'm going to say before I can type it.

Red Dragon is fragrant. The odor is sweet, kind of like Fruit Loops cereal with a hint of floral. The smoke is easy to inhale. It is gentle on the throat and also on the hold. The effect is happy, talkative, and creative. The is a moderate body high, tingling on the skin and a gentle, soothing pressure around the eyes. While there is a degree of relaxation, much more noticeable is giddy energy. There is a palpable fidgety sensation, sort of an excited feeling. Also present is a somewhat ravenous hunger, a classic case of the munchies! It should be a good effect for those with appetite problems. The effect is not overwhelming though it is noticeable and enjoyable. The user should be able to function under its effects, assuming a moderate (under 1g) amount consumed in one session. The effect comes on gradually, maybe 10-15 minutes peaking at about 30. However, it doesn't last as long as many other strains. After smoking 1g in one session, the high lasted about 2 hours or a little longer. Smoking 1.5g over two sessions yielded an approximate 60 to 90-minute high each. Overall, this is an exceptional strain, one to be recommended. Gentle on the throat, sweet smelling, and a happy, energetic high stand against short-lived effects.
