Uplifting, euphoric, mellow and Supreme. These are the four words that describe how I feel when I took my first toke of Runtz by Proper Cannabis purchased at Fresh Karma dispensary (Midtown) here in KCMO. My budtender, Jeff plugged me up with Proper Cannabis' Runtz strain and I could not be more thankful. Thanks Jeff,t hank you Fresh Karma and thank you Los Angeles for Runtz!

Big fan of this strain. Both growing and smoking. The high is moderately energizing, nice shot of euphoria and happiness encourages social interaction with me, which is pretty remarkable because I purposely distance myself from groups of people. The smoke was nice and smooth, not sure if its typical but I got smell and taste of tropical candies, papaya in particular. Didnt test my thc levels but it seems to be a fairly potent strain. New smokers might want to tread lightly, got away from me once and I found myself a little higher than the setting required. Experience was manageable, no paranoia but a little anxiety was present for a half hour or so. Growing was a pleasant experience. Fairly decent yielder with stunning colors on bud and leaves, especially in the end. Solid amount of frost. Beginner friendly plant from seed to harvest. Barneys auto. Will definitely revisit this one as a photo.

Favorite daytime strain or if you’re trying to stay up late. Good for if you need to do something and still want to be mellow. Smell was more potent than expected. Flavor was great.

Wow just blown away by about 2/3rds of a decent bowl for one person and I was mangled in a delighted way lol. This Strain was very familiar to my soul, very relaxing and pleasant for anytime of the day. Highly recommend.

I have adhd, anxiety and bipolar 2. Was shedding on my guitar like never before after 2 hits. Helps me with my confidence level and I feel in control. As a man it’s a great feelin, right? Anxiety almost nonexistent. I do breathwork also, which helps tremendously. Hope y’all enjoy 🙏🏻
