Im a heavy smoker..20 plus years...but this one gave me bad Anxiety. Gave it two tries..2 seperate days...and both days gave me bad anxiety. Didn't even correlate the 2 things untill afterwards so i wasn't psyching myself out. Just a heads up for anyone who suffers from anxiety...proceed with caution. Peace
