Thin Mint reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Thin Mint.
Tried the thin mint a while ago, as a VERY new smoker and DID NOT LIKE IT. Tried it again because Dank's was rolling an AMAZING 40% off Phat Panda for 420 - LOVED IT. Turned around and went right back to pick up another two eighths. I am extremely pleased with the high. It FEELs like an Indica dominate hybrid and not a Sativa dominate hybrid. I think all the strains in OG's lineage really speak to that. I suffer from anxiety, PTSD, depression, mild insomnia, I have joint pain from an injury in my knee, and I have psoriatic arthritis in my right hand. This is just what the doctor ordered! I feel highly functional but extremely, extremely relaxed. I don't feel wired at all, like I couldn't go to sleep right now. It's that really nice in-between place where you feel total relaxation but not SLEEPY. I feel like when I DO go to sleep I am going to sleep like a baby!
I want to like it but I feel tense and anxious with this strain. That being said I feel like it’s not bad for a morning toke before doing yard work sort of strain. I have to keep remembering to relax my shoulders instead of feeling weight lifting from them, a must have for my tastes.
Great for PMS and depression. Before this I had some gelato which is usually my go to when I'm feeling unhappy but this time that wasn't enough (PMS). I decided to try the thin mints and it did not disappoint. My mood definitely improved and it is a really pretty plant. Mine had a lot of purple pigment and was frosty. It kicks in pretty quickly and allows you to relax without making you too sleepy. It's uplifting enough that you could go out and run an errand if you wanted to. I have Lyme disease and this really helped with my pain.
Perfectly balanaced medication head to toe uplifting then eases into a nice mellow buzz FLAVOR is INSANE with a light minty taste in beginning with a smooth exhale thats like bresh baked cookies
I have been trying different strains lately to help manage my back pain, anxiety, and depression. I found that this strain was very strong and helped greatly with my depression, stress, and anxiety. It did help a little with my back pain but not as much as some other strains. The high is very euphoric and relaxed. Overall a very strong strain not for begginers and an excellent day time strain that has an excellent high.
When grown right this strain has all the elements of a true medicinal cali OG, combined with a truly original flavor that must be experienced to understand. The flavor is kush dominant with earthy minty aftertones that somehow never overtake eachother. As you begin to smoke you will notice the incredible smoothness of the mint and then the minimally expansive smoke will caress your brain and body equally with soothing waves of metaphysical bliss. If you can, get some from a reputable dispensary that uses minimal chemicals in production please do. The subtle mint flavor will disappear with a nasty grow ethic. It needs living care to insure the final product is worth it. Lots of cheap nasty attempts in Denver dispensarys. Personal reccomendation, Pink House in Denver can't be beat on it in rado.
I try different marijuana strains for a living, and let me just say, that this is by far the most, creative, relaxed, body melt with a pinch of Durban poison to give you that kick of sativa. Definitely recommend trying this out!!
My favourite stain yet. Perfect amount of sativa to keep you engaged with surroundings but a deep indica body melt feeling.
Yep.
