UK Cheese reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain UK Cheese.
Overall skunky flavour and aroma. Doesn't seem too cheesy to me, in comparison to Head Cheese for example. That being said, the flavour and aroma are very pleasant. The effects are balanced, which is to be expected with a good hybrid. Good pain relief from the indica side, but it's nicely balanced by the energizing effects of its sativa side. I'd say where I got these kind buds from, but here in Toronto we need to keep it on the downlow, just like back in the day, eh? Good luck finding your medicine, brothers and sisters!
10g of UK Cheese (aka Balmoral)
Uk Cheese has a pleasant earthy, mossy aroma. The “cheese” smell it received its name for only revealed itself as stilton-y scent as I exhaled. The buds themselves were perfectly cured, coated in crystals and a beautiful light green.
I dropped a 1.5 gram nug into my grinder (I use an electric coffee grinder) and proceeded to heat up my Solo. I normally vape with an F-bomb water tool on the Solo but I always like to experience the first bowl of a new strain unadulterated… and I’m glad I did!! I packed about .25 of a gram into the stem and heated up! Starting on level 4 of the Solo, UK Cheese has a truly wonderful flavor!! The slight hint of stilton I experienced earlier was now a lingering after taste! And the draws were thick and flavorful…. Earthy, mossy going in, tangy and smooth coming out. This initial flavor lasted for the first 4 – 5 draws then mellowed out.
At this point I could feel the onset of the effects; a calming, warm bodied mellowness, ease of anxiety and a feeling of calm. A fast onset with zero rush. This right here is a new favorite!!
I clicked the Solo up and continued. Beautiful vapor clouds and enhanced effects. I clicked off before needing to go to level 6 and 7.
BTW - This product was from Tweed, my licensed producer in the Canadian MMPR program!

This strain is a very good hybrid . The smell of it is sweet and skunky, with hints of fruit, it's perfect chronic for any time of day, makes you feel happy, uplifted yet still totally relaxes you out . It's very fluffy and caked

Got hold of a small bag of standard cheese. Had the usual potent sweet cheesy aroma. I'd say the particular bud that I got had been well grown, as it was quite dry, especially for a homegrown strain. I had been stressed just before I hit this strain, but a few toots of this instantly chilled me out. In recent times I've tried to avoid home grown 'low grade strains' in favour of more chronic strains. But the nostalgia created took me back to times long ago when this was the usual choice when it was difficult to obtain anything but cheese. A very earthy and cheesy taste, I'm glad I got hold of some of this once again. A very happy high indeed from what I consider a well balanced hybrid and always a pleasure to smoke.
Took me a couple times to really appreciate how great this stone is. Perfectly balanced in the head and body with a unique taste and smell which is always fun.
Bummer I only got a gram.

Love this stuff, the smell and taste is amazing and the effects are perfect every time , I think this is the best overall strain out there, my personal fav
I normally wouldn't have been super attracted to this strain, but was given a leftover gram by a visiting friend. I first loved the taste - something I typically don't notice unless it's something that especially stands out. Very noticeable happy, euphoric high that mellowed out at the tail end. It does lose points for the cotton mouth and dry eyes, which were bad enough that I was forced to take out my contacts. I'd recommend this regardless!
