Violet Fog reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Violet Fog.
Violet Fog has to be in my top 5 strains of all time. The flavor and smell is extremely complex. When I open the jar, I get sweet, overripe grapes and blueberries, with spicy and floral notes, like a good aged wine. Break open a nug to reveal a earthy, gassy overtone that layers on top of the aged wine scent. This strain probably has my favorite tasting dry pull of all time coming through a freshly rolled joint. Fire it up and be blown away by its sweet, fruity dessert like taste that has a bit of an earthy, cinnamon flavored finish. It's thick, heavy smoke is creamy, woodsy, and slightly gassy. This strain hits on every note. Living up to its name, it will leave your mind in a complete fog after a half hour or so. Don't plan on going anywhere because this strain will melt you into the couch. If you consider yourself a cannabis connoisseur, you have to give Violet Fog a try.
A classic "get you baked" strain. Another winning Grape Gas descendant strain.
Didn’t help me sleep as much as I’d hoped, but was overall a chill and relaxed high. Body felt a little heavy instead of light. Good strain to smoke post-bar crawl

This is my second review on Violet Fog #2 The first review was two years ago, when Story first introduced Fade Co flower. It was the best bedtime strain I’ve ever been able to find. Now Just Flower, also by Story, has this strain and the terpenes are completely different. Barely any B-myrcene .21%, I don’t feel high at all either. I’m so sad that Fade Co stopped after two years of consistently growing and selling the best Violet Fog I’ve ever had in MD.
It smells slightly fruity and citrus, that’s the only good about this batch. I hope it’s only this batch and they grow it right again. It’s suppose to have high in B- myrcene.
Story, bring back the original Violet Fog you use to grow, please!
Heavy, sticky, musky, citrus.
Hello, I’m a super nervous mama. This strain helped me with the stress and frustration of being a parent of young children that are like the energizer bunny+ volcanoes of emotions. Helps to keep my composure mellow and calm when my kid’s big emotions overtake them. Helps me to be curious with them. I love doing nature walks with this strain. As for doing chores around the house, this probably isn’t THE one. The “fog” part of its name says it all in that regard. Short term memory isn’t always the best with this strain, however, the level of mindfulness this strain pulls me into is unlike any other. A lot of strains get me overthinking things and sometimes pull me into an anxiety attack (which I already do on my own 😅) Not this one though. Coming down, I feel renewed.
Really love this strain. One of the better I've tried for pain, stress and depression. Starts with an excellent blast of euphoria followed by waves of a relaxing body buzz. Nice feeling of being wrapped in comfort. I definitely recommend.
Where do I begin.... I have had OG Kush in the past from farmers so I've had direct cuts that were phenomenal.. Only 1 time did I find a Blackberry Kush crossed with another Kush that topped the real OG Kush. Maybe some premo (Pre 98 Bubba x GDP) hit just barely better for me because of indica leanings.
This KK lineage is something else... It reminds of Hawaiian sativa's crossed together but then add Grape Gasoline for those grape and diesel notes and terpenoid flavor. *Chef's kiss* I can't finish a bowl of this without coughing like I haven't done this 18 years.... Wtf???
Might be me coming off a flu from hell but this stuff was worth it. I'm tapping out until I'm 1 Hundo again... 👻💀☠️
