Wedding Cake reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Wedding Cake.
Smoked a bowl of Wedding Cake out of the bong and damn—it hit just right. It’s an indica-leaning hybrid, and within a few minutes, I felt totally relaxed. The stress melted off, my body felt heavy (in a good way), and my fibromyalgia pain eased up more than I expected. That alone makes it a winner in my book.
Definitely got some couch lock, so don’t plan on doing much after smoking it—this is strictly a “chill and vibe” strain. But honestly, if you need to unwind or deal with chronic pain, it’s a solid choice.
Would 100% recommend for nighttime use, pain relief, or just zoning out with a show and snacks. Not for productivity, but perfect for peace.
This strain gave me some of the best munchies ever and it had a nice effect when standing in the cold and it tasted pretty nice extremely peppery tho like lots of pepper on herbal tasting bud. All around very good strain 8/10 would recommend
Buds were dense, green, and firm. Brown, to red pistols with moderate trichome production. The buds are a bit sticky, but the resin production was average. Smell is heavy on pine, citrus, lemon & earthy undertones. Smokes well in a bowl or rolled.
My psychoactive experience was uplifting, happy, euphoric & highly aroused.
Mild munchies after. Did not cause any paranoia
Oh man. We all have that one strain that instantly comes to mind that is EXTREMELY consistent every time. Wedding cake is my strain that checks off pretty much every box I am wanting. No couch lock, check. No paranoia or dizziness, check. Heightened sense of surroundings, check. A DAMN good time, CHECK!!! This strain is wonderful! I have used both combustion, vaporization, and edibles with this strain and it’s the only one that I have the same effects regardless of consumption method.
Flavor… oh lawdy!!! This is one tasty strain. Sweet sweet vanilla and honey gently wrap around your tastebuds and your tastebuds BEG you for more. If you like tasty terps, this one’s for you!
Effects… since I have consumed this strain three different ways I can honestly say it’s a miracle strain. Don’t wanna smell like smoke? Gummy. Don’t wanna wait 45 minutes for a gummy to kick in? Vaporizer. Wanna get to the moon on a hell of a ride? Combustion. I can definitely see why this is a well known strain.
Potency… gummies were 10mg each. Lost farms brand. Nice raspberry taste. Good for an unwind for the day. Vapor, not harsh at all. Rather quite enjoyable. Stick to under 198c for the vape. Combustion. Hell yeah! That’s all I have to say about that. Both the dry herb and combustion herbs were from glass house farms. I believe it was north of 24%. I don’t like going over 28% THC anywho.
Overall… get this strain. It’s a classic akin to blue dream, granddaddy purp, SFV OG, etc. It’s just one of those strains you know EXACTLY what you are going to get regardless of consumption method.
GSC- lover here. Wedding cake is one of the few strains which can compare. The high is similar but with less body, more mood enhancement. This one’s a treat for sure
makes me a little anxious if i smoke too much but its pretty good. i love the flavor. its really good. a little sweet. i like flower but i also really like a vape. the flavor with the vape is really good. i do build up a tolerance to it quickly so i can only smoke it sometimes if i want to actually feel something smoking it, other than horny, bc for some reason this one gets me going everytime. without fail.
I'm fairly new to smoking weed, about a year or two. This by far is one of my favourites. I was shocked at how it affected me the first time I tried it (in a joint). Crept up on me, then next minute it hits me.
Relaxes me a little too much maybe haha. When I smoke a nice amount, my body just feels soft inside and out. I have no issue getting to sleep whatsoever.
Wedding Cake is a great strain and makes some great strains after.
One of the first strains I ever tried and the first ounce I ever bought.
Seriously good stuff.
