White Widow reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain White Widow.
I love the flower and Live resin in this strain. When paired with the Silver Surfer Vaporizer the experience is multiplied. Imagine eating a plain baked potato..... GROSS!
Now imagine that same potato with all the toppings you could ask for!
THAT is what you get when vaping ANYTHING out of a Silver or Super Surfer Vaporizer by Elev8.

Just picked up the medical version of this strain... so far I’m loving the effects ..
Initial appeal: this flower may not even appear green whatsoever but golden/yellow. Closer inspection reveals this to actually be the native, inherent color of the floral vegetative material itself as the dusting of trichomes is essentially more than 2/3 pure white followed by the other 1/3 being mostly yellow and secondarily clear. Though there can definitely be giant nuggets of this strain, these flower buds can also exhibit a, 'node-like' nature in their structure with each node being tightly packed (the former reflecting its Brazilian Sativa parent and the latter its South Indian Indica parent?). Keefy on initial touch and breakdown which quickly turns into a stickiness. Bag-appeal indeed: keefy jars/bags!
Smell: it's White Widow. I will try to describe this smell, but understand that this smell itself is considered as a, 'standard' by many means (even from dab-extract perspectives). Pungent is the first word I can think of. There is a nuttiness, a spiciness, a certain, 'zing' with a hint of lavender, floralness, the signature, 'fruity yet lightly skunky' profile commonly found in Cannabis and, lastly, very light woodiness. Definitely a complex profile and understandable why its creator bred the two parent strains that he did. Many, many kudos on this: one of the kind of smells that a true appreciator can revel in for some time with their face above an open jar of flower buds.
Taste: that signature, 'zing' definitely comes through with the, 'fruity yet lightly skunky' on inhalation. There is a kick in the throat and chest on inhalation as you feel the combusted trichomes (at which point you may feel a, 'headrush' even during inhalation - I will describe the effect...). The exhalation, somehow through the nuttiness and spiciness with the, 'zing', leaves one with that signature, 'White Widow' essence in the mouth, back of throat and down the airway.
Effect: as mentioned, that initial, 'rush' on inhalation. Definitely a cerebral effect that can be giggly and is found to be quite pleasurable on an ever-expanding spans (entire planet and counting! lol). This eases into a relaxing body sensation which starts out reflecting a, 'Sativa' sense reminiscent of the rush that came before it and eventually into what can truly be described as an Indica from a land where Indicas are truly amenable to, 'landracing'. As a result of this, 'relativity' in effect between the rush and relaxation, this strain can be particularly useful, in certain scenarios, for getting rest/sleep without the potential, 'grogginess' or, 'drowsiness' many people associate with heavier, 'Kush' varieties.
Overall: I liked this strain. I had it to the point where I literally almost said, ‘No’ to the procurer one day when I went by his establishment and he had it again, but yes, this is a good strain. All-rounder but pronounced effect of both parents still distinguishable and can ease into sleep. Also good for crowds as the quality and character of the effect can truly provide for a rewarding experience. Shanti Baba really nailed it on this one.
Would I buy this again? Well, I have had a lot of it, but if a solid pheno, very well-grown batch of supra-top-shelf variety of this came around, yes.
Recommend to Connoisseurs and Sommeliers? Yes. Please, keep the Originals and Landraces alive.
Recommend to first-timers and/or inexperienced consumers? Yes. Good for first-timers even for the sake of understanding Cannabis and different strains in general as this strain is the basis for and/or a parent in many others.
it was good at the start and after a while it was really good. after some time you feel happy and will laugh at everything HAha :).
when that segment is over it starts to come down but slowly, not to fast. and i have to say this weed is a really good before you go to sleep weed, because when you smoke it you will get happier and after some time you will need to go to sleep. really recommend! me personally is a sativa guy but i read some other reviews on this strain, and they say that they clean their rooms and shit and i'm like wow, how the F can you clean your room when it feels like you will fall asleep!?! that's something i would never be able to do. and i have to say you get really creative on this stuff!
Smelled like creamy sage, fresh. Tasted very similar to what it smelled like. A good, versatile strain, able to carry you through your day or put you to bed.
I tend to get super bad tension headaches and killer neck pain from years of thrashing my head around playing in a rock band, and this really helps all those tensed up muscles relax and just melt. I usually vape this (dry herb) and five or six hits will leave you feeling good for awhile. It also has the benefit of not making you feel or act too high. I vaped about .25 gram and my wife didn’t even know, she was soooo surprised when I told her. So if you’re looking for just a good strain to help you relax without making you feel too high or get locked to the couch, I would try this out.
I love it, so uplifting and relaxing! how the hell is it so blissfully perfect, no paranoia, and my depression is GONE! I highly recommend this strain
