XJ-13 reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain XJ-13.
I’m a first time smoker and was looking for a strain that didn’t induce paranoia, would clearly impact me and be good for a beginner. This definitely worked! Be careful though because this is strong stuff. I had to use a water pipe because my first attempt straight from the concentrate pen was tough to get down without coughing up a storm. Second attempt was exactly what I wanted. Uplifting, creativity inducing and energetic. No paranoia at all. Four 2-3 second puffs and I was on a cloud for almost four hours. It’s very heady but not in a bad way. I knew I was coming down from the high when I could feel my head slowly leaving it’s cloudy chill space. Definitely recommend for newbies just be careful because it’s powerful!
I’m going through a bad depressive episode and this has helped me so much. It helps me get out of bed and fight through the fatigue and fog. It also gives me a positive emotional boost so I’m not near tears 24/7.
Side note: I had a headache one night and thought it might help- it didn’t do anything.
XJ-13 made me make this review. I never do reviews and idk this might be my favorite strain…
XJ13 is my favorite strain to wake up to.
I feel alert, calm, and in a great state of mind to start my day. I'm able to execute my tasks while feeling clearheaded and invigorated. I tend to prefer my dispensary;s 3 pack of 0.5 gram preroll because a little bit tends to go a long way for me.
This strain reminds me of Mr. Clean's (another Sativa-dom) focus-lending properties and being that know-it-all kid in kindergarten class.
Bout to smoke one of my favorite top 10 strains. Miss the insane euphoric feeling and pain be gone feeling while drawing random pictures
I feel confident and ready to face my day. the taste is very lemon balm, mint, herbal. reminds me of my perfume, in the best ways.
Excellent for those that like sativa-leaning strains. Very clear-headed, buzzy, cerebral effects. Tasty hints of citrus and peppery, earthy pine. Lifted my mood and gave me a little jolt of energy that I used to get a little housework done and go on a hike. I did have an anxious couple of minutes about 30 minutes in where I felt my heart beating pretty fast. Overall, this was a good lesson to learn....I’m an indica guy. I’ll try it again if I need to shake fatigue, but I generally like to smoke to chill. So, 4/5 for me because for someone who just learned they don’t care for sativa, it was probably the best one I’ve tried.
The smell is about 90% Herer -- almost a dead ringer for regular Jack. That unmistakable scent. Cosmic, man. It's a happy, relaxing high. It has nice Sativa qualities but the G13 Haze gives the high a warm, comfy smear. When this strain is grown-well and fresh, it's on the highest pantheon of Sativa doms (as are most Herers). It tastes amazing, smells amazing, looks terrific, and provides a noticeable head high with a super physical face-suction (not unlike Faceoff OG). It's a special strain in that it provides the mental-focus properties of the Sativa while being relaxing and qwelling anxiety. Despite my intuition heading in, XJ13 is a wonderful strain for combating anxiety. It's not edgy or caffeine-like at all.
VERDICT: XJ-13 sounds like a teen action movie character but in fact it's one of the finest strains of cannabis around. Unlike many top-shelf strains, XJ13 lends itself best to joints. It lacks the sheer weighted OOMPH of heavy Indicas, so it doesn't perform well as a snapper or small bowl (though it tastes incredible)... however, the quantity of Jack needed for a joint allows the effect to play up. It's sort of like certain herbs and spices you use in cooking... just a small pinch of certain ingredients provides plenty of flavor, whereas something like garlic powder may perform best
with a liberal sprinkling. I'm probably making no sense at all. Possibly because of the large joint of XJ13 I just smoked.
