Out of these 3, I found Tough Love and Rise Up the most effective for my own routine. Tough Love has been working great for my shoulder pain, and Rise Up has been great as a sort of coffee replacement. Wind Down is great as well. I feel like I've found a place for each of these products in my daily/weekly routine. I use Rise Up almost daily to power through afternoon slumps, and Wind Down for falling asleep as well. Wind Down I use 3x after going on my runs. I feel it's great for speeding up my recovery process, especially with soreness in the legs. Overall this is a great intro to the brand, and I would easily recommend this to anyone looking for an intro to the CBD world.
