This place is a joke. Edward doesn't give a crap. They don't even read their emails or listen to their voicemails let alone respond. I finally got a hold of Edward because they sent me to sativas instead of to indica's like I ordered. So for a full week he was a very communicative about sending me to indica's but he sent me two more sativas instead. He hasn't responded to my email about that so I can only assume he did it as a joke. So my advice would be to stay far away from this company. I don't know how I was told by Google that they were good in the first place but they're willing to give up $100 a month client for what I'm not sure

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! Took my money!!!!! No product, no way of getting in touch with them. You email and call and its an automated message!!!!!! 129 dollar mistake!!!!!

If you order a sample box, they will automatically sign you up for a subscription box. They will not answer their phone or email until after it is sent. I attempted to unsubscribe multiple times, and even sent an email 2 weeks in advance, and they still sent it. They also denied my dispute saying I had was still a subscriber. Do not be fooled, they seem like a good company, but they only care about money.

Was kinda unsure after checking the reviews, didn’t know if I should order or not. Ended up trying their samples and honestly, it was a pretty chill experience. The strain hit nice, felt smooth, and did what it was supposed to. Way better than I expected. Might grab more later.

I didn't have any trouble with these guys for a bunch of orders. About a month ago I noticed my order hadn't come after a week. I looked in my account and saw that they haven't created a label. I called, and I was told to e mail them. I kept calling and e mailing with no results. After three weeks I put in for a chargeback on my credit card. Miraculously my order was shipped the next day. The diamonds are okay. Everything else I've ordered was junky and weak. I even ordered their house blend which would be good if you were a beginner, but it lacked any kick. Same with the pre-rolls, moonrocks, and CBD. They gave me a free vape of wedding cake. Ugh!! It had something awful in it that made cough, and barely got me high. No more of my business for these guys.

They only do online now no store front in vista. So I order some thca crystals first order went fine got my product in a timely manner. The second order was a mess. Never got the product and it’s been over 11 days. No updates on when or if your going to get what you order. I emailed them got no answer for a few days. When I did get a reply I was told by Emma that they don’t give refund even through you never got the products you ordered. They will just give you the run around never solving the problem. Where my refund! Stay away from this scam company unless you like giving your money away. Report to the California cannabis control board this scam company!

Serene tree does not do refunds. The item I ordered was out of stock and they would not refund purchase price.

Claim to be selling Delta-9 juice but it’s basically sugar water. Sure it arrived promptly, butI vaped and vaped but couldn’t even get a buzz. Con-artist and thieves…

I ordered the Moon rock Subscription box, Shipping was fast but you could tell what was in the package from the terpenes they add. The White Widow moon rock arrived dry and broken up in the tin from bad packaging. The resin that the flower was dipped in tasted like the resin you get when you clean out your pipe. There was no Kief on the moon rocks, looks like they was rolled in ground up shake. Also they don't allow negative reviews on their site.

They stole my money! I ordered from them on a consistent basis for about 6 or so months. On Feb 1st I wake up to $170 charge on my card from them filling a "subscription" that I never signed up for. I contact them knowing for a fact it wasn't me, because I purposely don't order subscriptions, I don't use those types of vapes, the package is being sent to an address I don't live at and I recieved no confirmation email to this apparent purchase. I DID NOT PLACE OR APPROVE THIS ORDER and messaged them to please cancel and refund my money. Their response: The subscriptions were cancled. (yeah, cause I cancled them when I saw it was added with the fraudulent purchase) Here's our subscription policy. AKA: YOU'RE SOL! So I reach out again, saying that this was not me and fraudulent! Do not send the package (still under waiting fulfillment) cancel the order and refund my money. They have not responded and the order now says shipped as of Jan 6th. They don't care if it's fraud. They just want your money. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from them!

Don’t waste your money!!! They use the CHEAPEST CHINESE CARTS AVAILABLE and then fill them !!! I purchased two sample packs and every single one of those carts are trash! You think that you are getting a deal. That is until you utilize the product and realize why they are selling the sample packs so cheap. After about four or five uses Half of the product is immediately sucked up into the coil ports, floods the coil and begins to be sucked up through the tube and spit out into your mouth. This is because they’re using the cheapest quality carts available. The product literally is worthless as a result. Unless you plan on removing all of the product from your cart before using it and putting it in another device unless they show me something differently I consider all of their carts worthless!
