John was amazing! He helped me so quick amd helped about 5 others all within a respectful time frame. Not sure what happened to the previous staff but I am glad John was there to help me and also the girl next door at Vape was quick and very helpful. I have only been there a few times but this was the best customer service experience out of them all.

Another little known location in Wingham! The pickup order was just as we placed. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with all our questions. If you’re ordering from a dispensary in Wingham, use Cannabis Xpress! You can’t beat their prices or their quick and reliable service!

I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers. Easily the best dispensary I’ve ever been too! Tom and Bre are knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly professional. They know their products very well, offering new shipments weekly, and always looking to get the best product in your hands. The store is clean, welcoming and extremely organized. It also has two esteemed K9 bud tenders that will be sure to make you forget why you came; between the licks and bouts for your attention. PLEASE don’t let them scare you as they’re beyond friendly!!
