John was amazing! He helped me so quick amd helped about 5 others all within a respectful time frame. Not sure what happened to the previous staff but I am glad John was there to help me and also the girl next door at Vape was quick and very helpful. I have only been there a few times but this was the best customer service experience out of them all.

The best weed with highest THC% and prices are pretty good. Lots of different strains to pick from and usually always have new flowers to pick from. The only place I buy from, the staff are pretty cool too!!

The staff are extremely welcoming. They are so friendly and helpful. I had some questions regarding some of the products, and they explained everything to me professiinall, as well as mentioned their own personal experiences with products and how they use them. I have never truly had such a great interaction at any dispensary in my life. I would absolutely shop here again, as well as recommend it to my friends and family.

They know their products very well, offering new shipments weekly, and always looking to get the best product in your hands. The store is clean, welcoming and extremely organized. It also has two esteemed K9 bud tenders that will be sure to make you forget why you came; between the licks and bouts for your attention. PLEASE don’t let them scare you as they’re beyond friendly!! I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers. I work retail and it takes alot of talent to deal with people's moods at times. So overall, this is my store and i refer it to anyone who will listen. Thank you friends. Love ya all Karen
