Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who want to make sure you’re happy with your experience. Inside the store it’s clean and modern looking with TVs displaying the products and their pricing. During the past few months they’ve offered curb side pickup which has been seamless in terms of ordering, communication and picking up. I’ll continue to be a returning customer.

I’m a mature international walk-in customer of the Imperial Centre SpiritLeaf outlet. There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! A truly amazing dispensary! Kind of sad to see I'm the first one to review them on here. The staff at this location are beyond amazing! You can tell they're all very passionate about their jobs, about their community, and about the products they carry. I've had nothing but amazing recommendations every time I shop here. They have an in-house "CBD-Guru" as well who can answer all your questions on CBD, CBG, CBN, and all the other micro-cannabinoids. Just look for a dude with a peaky blinders style cap. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing too. Real old school laid back kind of vibe. None of this apple store kind of dispensary. Not overly bright - the workers will be the most bright light you receive here. Will definitely be back and can't recommend this play enough!
