John was amazing! He helped me so quick amd helped about 5 others all within a respectful time frame. Not sure what happened to the previous staff but I am glad John was there to help me and also the girl next door at Vape was quick and very helpful. I have only been there a few times but this was the best customer service experience out of them all.

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Great place to go, great atmosphere and friendly staff. The displays are amazing and the selection is insanely huge, sometimes cheaper then OCS other times (most times) $5 - $10 more but it’s local and no waiting on delivery. Lots of vape cartridges here as well (shatter pens) Once you go there you’ll find yourself wanting to come back weekly, wish we had one closer as I take a bus. A+++

Yesterday I visited this place for the first time. It’s out of the way & I thought it might be sketchy but nothing could be further from the truth. They were knowledgeable, friendly & HONEST! They contacted me on Insta as they asked me to look them up on it. Thankfully! I had left my wallet there!!! Will return for sure.

The person I spoke to was nice, accommodating, and helpful on the phone. Gave me all the information I needed. He was patient till I finalized my order. A really good variety of products that I haven't been able to come across anywhere else. Pretty decent and reliable. I would recommend it!
