I’m a mature international walk-in customer of the Imperial Centre SpiritLeaf outlet. There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Great place to go, great atmosphere and friendly staff. The displays are amazing and the selection is insanely huge, sometimes cheaper then OCS other times (most times) $5 - $10 more but it’s local and no waiting on delivery. Lots of vape cartridges here as well (shatter pens) Once you go there you’ll find yourself wanting to come back weekly, wish we had one closer as I take a bus. A+++

I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. Yesterday I visited this place for the first time. It’s out of the way & I thought it might be sketchy but nothing could be further from the truth. They were knowledgeable, friendly & HONEST! They contacted me on Insta as they asked me to look them up on it. Thankfully! I had left my wallet there!!! Will return for sure.

The person I spoke to was nice, accommodating, and helpful on the phone. Gave me all the information I needed. He was patient till I finalized my order. A really good variety of products that I haven't been able to come across anywhere else. Pretty decent and reliable. I would recommend it!

Prices go from affordable to top dollar. But pretty much everything is a good choice. Online pricing is without tax, in-store they post the price with tax, and without tax. Semi-minimalist in layout, but friendly knowledge staff. My favourite brand from Sessions is Redecan. On a recommendation for a sativa, as I'm usually a indica guy, I bought Redecan Long Weekend. I keep going back for more. Lots of product and lots of range of products. Never been out of stock on anything I wanted. Since they opened I haven't been to another shop.

Excellent customer care and services. All staff and management members where all super helpful and very organized. The Greeter at the front entrance was vey kind, and very welcoming as i enter the Store everytime. Everyone was well kept and neat and very informative. I will be back again and with a few of my close friends as well and spread the word Session's is a place to be!

The Bend Cannabis shop in Grand Bend is the perfect store for this town! It exudes a cool laid back vibe perfect for beach culture and cottage life. They have super friendly and knowledgable staff. Their selection of products covers the whole range and provides everything I need to either chill watching the sunset or partying with friends. I highly recommend shopping here and visiting the store in person.
