Masters of bait and switch. Horrible attitudes from most of staff. Will never shop there again. Worst type of people in the industry.
These guys went from 5 stars to one in one visit. When I was forced to order online they filled my order with the poorest quality stuff they had in stock and over charged me
Nothing. Was fast nice people and got some deals being a first time. Thanks guys

Every time I have been here has been a positive experience. The staff is very helpful, they don’t mind answering questions, & they’ll treat you right. The prices are good, & they’ve always been super polite & helpful, & I always check here 1st, before anywhere else, because they’ve always done me right, & I’m loyal once I find a place I like & trust. Check them out, if you haven’t.

Let me start off by saying I work at one of the business that is inside of the same building as Ace's place. The back of my warehouse stinks like marijuana occasionally, the customers speed down the alley with no regard to people, throw their trash all over our side of the parking lot and constantly come into my store and ask directions or to use to bathroom. Now for employee's. I was last in there on 3/13/19 during the blizzard. Since I work in the same building. A blonde walks to the door and opens it while I'm getting cash from the ATM, doesn't greet me or anything just closes the door. So I finish getting cash and waiting. I can see her through the window just standing there. So I wait about another 3.5 minutes for her to open the inside door, when she did open the door a gentlemen outside was opening the outside door and just of wind came in. She then proceeds to tell me she thought I was ripping the door down and was going to yell at me in a very rude manner. I present my ID which does have a small crack in it but I've been told by one of their employees it was perfectly fine. Been through Oakland, Nashville and Denver airports with it and also every dispensers from Fort Collins to Denver with my cracked ID and no problems. So she refused to let me in, almost happy to not let me in. And was very rude about it. Now as far as price and such, this place has very little selection and their house wax is as black as night. Has a decent wax deal on certain days but again most the strains of concentrate are black in color. Pre rolls are over priced. That's basically all I ever buy from this place anyway.

At Ace's we take pride in our place of business, from having vacuum trucks sweep the parking lot (all businesses included) to making it a policy that employees pick up any trash they see. Unfortunately we cannot control the actions of our customers, but will do the best to remove any trash they leave. We do currently have odor mitigation in our area of the building, however will be increasing this now that an issue has been brought to our attention. We promise we don't want to smell! In regards to the crack in your ID we are very sorry that we could not help you on that snowy morning. Dispensaries operate within a very strict set of regulations, to maintain our licenses we must be sure that we scrutinize all ID's and are 100% sure that we are accepting a real document. Damage to an ID can often obscure the information or picture and we cannot take the risk of accepting those IDs. We would hope that you are able to replace your damaged ID with ease and would love to have you back as a customer. Ace's place will continue do everything we can to be sure that our products and staff are something worth coming back for. So I will say this place is pretty mediocre but do you have a good bud of the day sale. Only thing that frustrates me as I call ahead to figure out what the strain is like they tell me it’s a potent Indica and by the time I get in here 45 minutes later it’s a heavy sativa. Ending up getting a sativa when you were hoping and expecting for an Indica doesn’t do much For an anxious person. I’ve worked in the industry, you guys can do better than that.

Sincere apologies you didn't get the type of flower you were after. While we will be more than happy to tell you what we currently have on the shelf for the sale tier (we always only have the one at a time as you know) it does go fast no matter the strain, as we do keep standards up even for lower tier stuff and with that we can't always guarantee it will be the same strain by the time you get in. We do have online ordering via Leafly, so that is one way to get the strain you were quoted over the phone. To make it up please mention this review/reply next time you are in for a penny pre-roll on us.

Great dispensary friendly staff and great products
I didnt like anything i had a employee cuss me out cause i was smoking a blunt in my car i tried to tell someone else the next day and they where brushing it off basically saying it was my fault a simple "thats against our policy" wouldve been ok but they said cause they have police watching them like ok..... thats why he cussed me out.... they have some good workers there i respect all you others that keep a proper working persona

First time
Every time I come here it's always pleasant!! They are are always so engaging!! You guys rock thank you for your hard work
They’re approach to prevent the spread of the COVID19 is more of a headache and rather irritating process compared to other dispensaries I’ve recently visited, will not be back to support this nonsense. Save yourself the trouble and try another route for now! Typically they do have great service and not on any bullshit.

This is my favorite and only place I go. The deals everyday are great and their prices can't be beat. I don't know anywhere else that will sell a $20 1/8th on fridays. They also have a rewards program that you can use on purchases. The employees are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have about their products. Would highly recommend.
