I bought a $300 piece of equipment that was malfunctioning, they said they would exchange it (of coarse) but they gave me an opened one, they said they had wanted to make sure it worked, but it wasn’t the color I had chosen & upon further inspection it was USED & so I can’t/won’t use it, I don’t like the color THEY chose & they WON’T take it back! It’s pretty unbelievable really…. Stunning & not in a good way I’m very unhappy about it
