Always a great place to go! One of my favorite shops in the town and I highly recommend them to anyone.
Great prices and great service. Wish the retail space was a bit bigger.

I bought an Orchid battery from them, after under 2 weeks it stopped holding a charge, and they wouldn’t exchange it for me. Even with my receipt. Best they could do was a joke of a discount of 10%. Thanks for selling me crap.

While we do try to reach a solution with our customers, our company policy states that all paraphernalia sales are final. We apologize for the inconvenience of this policy, and will gladly offer you a discount towards a different or new battery.
We would also like to let you know that Orchid offers a 1 year manufacturers warranty on their batteries. Once you've registered your product, Orchid should be able to replace your defective battery or give you a full refund.

They have okay prices, but great deals if you catch them when they come up. The quality of the weed can range... sometimes they have things for sale not on the shelf and if you ask, they’ll give you a peak at the hidden items. Overall, I really like this tucked away, dispensary, in a pinch or when I want low THC .

They record patient information and share it between other stores a clear violation of privacy rights.

We must record patient information as required when using a Medical card. But it never leaves our system, other than to OLCC as also required so that they can track how much you purchase. We have the papers here on site that explain why it is required and issued b y OLCC. We are always more than willing to explain the procedure and show the papers from OLCC about the topic. You are more than welcome to look at them the next time you are in so we can insure you that your information is safe on site.

Alpha has been my one stop shop for all things medical for over a year now. The employees there are fantastic, Wally, Mr House, Corey every employee is ready to help you out and answer any questions you may have. They have Happy Hour Specials, a few different kinds of pre-rolls ready to go(priced fairly) and so many concentrates to choose from. Alpha has remolded their waiting area too, tons of room now with glass cases full of pipes, rigs you name it. I know my business is appreciated when I shop at Alpha, its a nice change.

I moved to Oregon last August and this is the only dispensary I visit! They are always friendly and willing to answer questions. They have a large selection of flower, oils, edibles, etc. and are very reasonably priced.
