very slow service and I showed them my med card and still stopped me at 1oz and charged me rec pricing. I'm honestly shocked this place has 4.8 stars when places with lower ratings are far better

Eh I normally have amazing flower from here but the last few ounces I’ve bought have been overly seedy. They fixed it the first time but oz after oz is a little ridiculous. I’ll stick to wax from here and flower from somewhere else.

Always great service when I visit!

They have implemented new safety measures but still need to make changes although I’m not certain if they are allowed to. First and foremost of course allow debit and credit card payments! This will eliminate the exchanging of cash and therefore limit the spread of germs. Second when ordering online the customer can enter their driver’s license information including birthdate online and upon pickup show ID instead of Altitude clerk taking ID. This again will eliminate the exchange and spreading of germs. Altitude is doing an excellent job and they are fast and friendly!

I am writing this amid the insane coronavirus pandemic of March 2020 and I am extremely happy with how my order went. I ordered my 1/2 Oz 2 hours before I got off work and immediately went there. My man at the window had my stuff ready as soon as I handed him my ID. Great product, great staff, amazing selection, and some of the best price to quality ratio in the rec industry. Been going to these guys for 3 years and they've never let me down.

You can never complain about the service or product
