i love how I can just hop on the #12 bus and boom ill be at americanna with someone who always greets you with a warm smile, and always say "we appreciate you" after they are done!

I have been into this location 4 times. They have the best prices, great staff there to help and best selections. They have some good meds to help with my pain. So thankful for a good place to stop in to get what i need!

Ive never been disappointed in the meds here.

When it comes to having a personal relationship with your patients and actually wanting to know how your day was and not just get you in and out of somewhere this is definitely the place to be! there budtenders are so nice and they always are uplifting. and actually tell you about the specific strains you want to know.

420 ozs of proper oil!!! thats crazy and theres so many different strains you can pick to get to the oz! 3 for 50 if you arent a heavy medicater is me :) I love the free jolly greens I get too!

they always have the best atmosphere here, i feel like I am at home when I come here, and whats better to come home to some of the best meds in portland! i went to 5 other shops beforehand and couldnt even compare! go americanna

the people are awesome anna and melissa and rob ad every one they are least expensive then most place and they have awesome deals on concentrates as well every time i need a conentrate i go to them you guys are awesome

Every time I come here I'm so pleasantly surprised that they treat me like a friend instead of a customer. They are just so nice here. Oh after the first bad experience I had with the guy, I don't know his name, but the only one there who obliviously need a training course in customer service and must not realize there are a hundred other dispensaries to go to without dealing with him, I decided to get some flowers and he gave me popcorn bud with nothing but stems and I am sure it was under weight.

Best 420 ant 12 am. thanks for the great service and the great goodies. We will come back. Props to the quickness of the budtendars and the Owner for having it organized.

after last night disaster. i went in and talk to a few people on the management team. they heard me out and is in the process of taking care of the issue so no one else has to be intimidated. i like to thank the management team for sitting down listening and making me feel comfortable again. i hope this guy doesn't ruin it for the rest of his team. im glad i didn't right them off and went in. thank you.
