The customer service here was absolutely fantastic. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, patient & passionate. Overall the most comfortable I’ve ever been at a dispensary. They also have the best deals I’ve seen in town. What a great little dispensary! They have so much variety of weed and all the other things you could imagine. My personal favorite is the sips tincture which is 250 mg :)

When I walked in the first room is absolutely amazing looking like your in space. Then you get to walk into a very unique store that’s is littered with rows of weed. Never seen something like it before and I was in love. David helped me and he was absolutely amazing helping me with everything I needed. I’ll be back again for the sale :)

quality of the flower is unacceptable, ordered 2 half ounces and they look like trash. It looks like the stems and shake from the bottom of the jar. I've been picking up an oz a week for a year now, and I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Americanna Rx has easily become my favorite dispensary since moving up to the PDX area. The selection they offer is easily the largest around and ranges all across the board price wise. The bud tender Courtney is the most down to earth, sweetest, and enthusiastic bud tender I’ve ever met. She always makes sure I have what I need and makes me feel like a friend rather than a customer. 100% would recommend and will continue shopping here!!

I am so thankful I live in the area!! I just discovered this shop and will be the only shop I will go to! David was great, he was my budtender for the night, he's very knowledgeable about the products hes selling. He's got great customer service. Good selection

If you are a seasoned cannabis user like myself, you will really appreciate this spot purely on the flower selection alone. Floor to ceiling flower WALL with strains and terps that I haven't seen in years in some cases. Love the vibe, the energy, and all the budtenders were knowledgeable and willing to help. New favorite spot for sure!

I really miss Americanna before COVID. I realize that a global pandemic is wreaking havoc on literally all facets of life, that being said, buying pot shouldn’t be stressful and a hassle. Lines I get. Wait times I get. What I don’t get is the phones being busy for hours, phones not being answered, and the product and service quality diminishing greatly. I visit other, more local stores and pay the higher prices because aside from masks and a very short wait, there’s been no other detectable issues with product and service quality. Americanna is now routinely taking half an hour or more, and more than once I’ve had to get out of my car and wait in line because phones weren’t being answered for curbside pickup. Really wishing they can get it back on track.

This place is amazing the staff go up and beyond every time the weed is an amazing quality I have not gone to any other dispensary since my buddy brought me here highly recommended!
