This place should close down when they cannot service anyone, which is often. Your servers are down and you cannot sell anything, but you let people check in and sit in your lobby waiting? Why? If you cannot conduct business, close down for the day. Have some courtesy to your customers.

If you live in Phoenix and are wondering about making the drive up here let me save you some time. The place is beautiful and the budtenders are nice, but there is NOTHING SPECIAL about ANC. They have weak specials and their prices are to make up for how much they must've dumped into this place. Save your gas and your money and stick to what you know closer to home.

It looks pretty. But the good ends there. Came for grand opening "deals" $80 quarters is not a deal dude. Not to mention my overpriced 1/4 has a giant SEED in it visible through the bag. Haven't even opened it and already spotting seeds. In an 80 dollar quarter. Loved the typos all over my receipt and labels too. Who runs this place?! Get real ANC what a joke.

Made an online order for delivery around 6pm on a Friday night, received my confirmation text so I believed my delivery was good to go. Hour and a half goes by and I call the store to see why I haven’t heard anything the young man working said we don’t deliver after 5 pm. Why would you allow for deliveries to be placed if they don’t have a driver or why would you not post driver hours on the website. Horrible experience

This review is based solely on their refusal to make testing info available to their customers. Most dispensaries clearly post thc percentages on their packaging and/or menus. Not ANC. They prefer a cat-and-mouse game of seeing if you can locate it buried deep within the bowels of their website, which 60% of the time you cannot. There is a sign in the lobby that reads "All customers are entitled to testing results" but if you ask a budtender the thc content of a strain, you get a nebulous answer like "...all our stuff runs around 20-25%" Today they had a special on half ounces....I was gonna buy , but they not only declined to even disclose thc content, BUT EVEN WHO THE GROWER WAS!! At the end of the day, their business model and philosophy are very clear: Keep the customers as ignorant as possible, so that they cannot make an informed decision, making shifting marginal weed significantly easier.

This place is so classy and clean... Perfect for seniors are old hippies like me who are uncomfortable with the thumpity thump atmosphere at some dispensaries.

Need to update the menu more often. Has listed the same items on the menu for weeks that aren’t actually available.

First time here. Tbh both their top shelf strains did little or no effect for me. Maybe it’s just me but thought the flower was no nothing special. Plus for 50 an 8th it’s hella expensive to not be spectacular. I think because there aren’t that many dispensaries in the area they change high

ANC was my Maine chick until they sold me a crappy vape but when I came in to tell them they showed me I was using it wrong Hahahaha and hooked it up with a free preroll so they not only made it right but gave me some education!!

so i came in on 2/27 it was my first time in. i cant remember the bud tenders name but he was very nice and helpful but the quality of the buds was very disappointing. apon breaking it up it litterly turned to a dust almost. very dried out buds.

This place is a joke they put coupons in a cannibus book telling you to use them so this was my second visit after driving 24 miles to the place just for them to tell me they don't take coupons I asked why give them to us n tell us to use them(reply) I DON'T KNOW. how you not know when your paying cannibus to promote your business in it Not getting my money NO MORE FALSE ADVERTISING

By quality meaning time, I mean the time growing, surroundings, proper upkeep,trimming & hanging, smell, smooth or harsh to smoke...Service is attitude, helpfulness, awareness of product, and experience...Atmosphere speaks for itself...It's a place for beginners to ask good questions & get advice. It's a place for experienced to have a casual or product related comparison or experiences...I won't tell you my favorite strains because I'm going back next week!!!

if you consider your rec patients a problem.. why get you licence. literally the moment I walked in and said I was rec the atmosphere changed.even hearing their attitude to med patients.smh. I wonder how many 4 stars are really legit if the streets be talkin 😂

ANC is my favorite storefront, best bud, best budtenders. Best atmosphere all around. Best quality all around. I come here for all of my cannabis needs.

great product but if you go in there when it's just the girls working they favor the women anytime the dudes are in there still do the deal no matter when it is which is awesome

Love this place but won’t be back. The manager did a great job 2 weeks ago addressing my needs and helping me out. However on that trip I was told inventory was off and today when I visited I was told Leafly is incorrect and they were out of multiple Items Leafly still showed as in stock. If your going to shop here call 1st because their online feels like a bait and switch to get you in.

location wasn't bad service was slow but the thing that sucks here is there bait and switch material. they have korova flower on there menu. I asked the budtender that I have never seen korova flower not in a korova jar. he say we do it deli style I get it home and not even close to what korova flower is supposed to be. I went on the korova site the strand this place lists are no where on the website. total liars here never be back drove way out of my way to get b.s. god only knows who's flower but not what I paid for this place is a joke.
