BAIT AND SWITCH made an online order was told it was ready drove the over 20 mi out there to pick it up was never told it was out of stock I was told my order was complete and ready when I got to the counter according to their video it says they told me that they were out of stock of my weed and gave me something else but I wasn't even listening cuz I drove out there just to pick up my online order and didn't think much of what he had to say when I realized I got a different product altogether I went back in so what happened he said oh yeah we were out of that when you ordered so we substituted this one without my knowledge until after I got there thanks but no thanks you have the product I ordered or you don't

This review is based solely on their refusal to make testing info available to their customers. Most dispensaries clearly post thc percentages on their packaging and/or menus. Not ANC. They prefer a cat-and-mouse game of seeing if you can locate it buried deep within the bowels of their website, which 60% of the time you cannot. There is a sign in the lobby that reads "All customers are entitled to testing results" but if you ask a budtender the thc content of a strain, you get a nebulous answer like "...all our stuff runs around 20-25%" Today they had a special on half ounces....I was gonna buy , but they not only declined to even disclose thc content, BUT EVEN WHO THE GROWER WAS!! At the end of the day, their business model and philosophy are very clear: Keep the customers as ignorant as possible, so that they cannot make an informed decision, making shifting marginal weed significantly easier.

I used to be a regular here a few years ago and would frequently max out my allotment with them on a weekly basis. However, when the prices went up, so did theirs, and theirs has never come back down, unlike the other dispensarys in the area. You used to be able to get an oz at ANC for under $100 wasn't the absolute best, but got the job done pretty well. However, when I can get an oz for $80 10 miles down the road and when ANC is selling 8ths for $80 its not even a question of quality and I'm sure you can try and argue the quality difference, but its insanity to think its worth an extra $100-200 for the basically the same high considering they have $300 oz's

Great deals and nice staff!

They were a great dispensary, with good weekly deals for loyal customers. Lately they’ve taken away the weekly specials that a lot of customers depend on. I can only follow and guess it’s all about the money. They used to care about the patient.

Budtender was awesome (Char) and got me some amazing flower to try with my bogo (super lemon haze was FIRE) also went looking around the whole store for rso (which they have like 4 brands!!) really love the vibes and everyone in there said hi and smiled when I walked in. Super chill, definitely a good place to try!

This place should close down when they cannot service anyone, which is often. Your servers are down and you cannot sell anything, but you let people check in and sit in your lobby waiting? Why? If you cannot conduct business, close down for the day. Have some courtesy to your customers.

Love ANC and the people. Great product great support. I did get another bag of candy cubes all were soft. I use these and looking for a medi pack deal. I can take two a day. Unless I get the hard candies I don't want to waste my money. I do thank you for continued support.

All the budtenders that I’ve dealt with (about 5 of them) all we’re able to help or find someone to help if they didn’t know. TIP: be prepared when visiting. It will make your experience 1000% better… trust me 😎 Shout out to Spencer, Tim, and Michael 🥃

Yoooo I can not go off hard enough when it comes to my bois, Devyn and Tyler!!! I work at a dispo so going to other dispos for meds seems redundant. These kings have changed my mind completely. They went above and beyond to help me get exactly the right consistency and effects for me and catered to every question asked. I hope they see this just so they know how happy they made me, like I was the only person they had to tend to :)

It’s really dumb that your regular prices on cartridges are more for recreational patients than medical patients. It’s bad enough that rec patients have to pay 25% tax. As a rec patient, a gram cartridge cost me $100 here. WTF ?!?!?

Pretty dope joint, lots of killer herb if a bit expensive, but lots of good specials. I think my budtender's name was Spencer but I was tired as hell so there's certainly a solid chance that isn't even close, but anyway Spencer/* helped me pick out some bomb trees and two different top shelf quarters for just under a bill kinda made my day. Also it's my birthday so killer herb to end a too-f'n-long day was necessary. I think I was supposed to get a birthday pre-roll but got a pretty darn nice thick glass onie/"glass blunt without the screw" thing and a bic lighter, I'll take that over a pre-roll that'd probably end up in the bin in a month barring an herb emergency anyway, any day. So much good tree I think I might come back tomorrow during happy hour or whatever and score some of the top shelf strains that I didn't grab tonight. One rather minor complaint, I didn't see any tip jars anywhere. I know some dispensaries think it's classier to omit the cash jars that make people feel obligated to tip and that might usually make sense for a relatively upscale Carefree joint, but these aren't normal times and those of us that can afford to tip should be tipping pretty damn near everyone that's working in live customer service right now. I felt a bit uncomfortable not seeing tip jars. Spencer or *, if you see and remember me again tomorrow or whenever, if you're allowed to let me kick you a jackson or whatever then please remind me, eh?

I have been here many times but decided to use the delivery service yesterday. The ordering process was very easy, the lady that took my order was very helpful, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. The delivery arrived within 3 hours of placing my order 9:30 to 12:30 and the driver was very courteous. Thanks ANC!

I was a regular here for a few years until I moved and found a dispensary with a better deal on venom, at 7 for 100 dollars. Today is Xmas Eve and they were sold out so I decided to stop by here instead. I was so insanely disappointed to find they had absolutely no concentrates for less than 25/gram! I've tried both their house brand and venom and neither are worth that much by far. I basically lost out on 3 grams of epilepsy medicine because my new normal spot just happened to be out. it was an emergency trip to go there today, and I'm really disappointed to say I probably won't be back. Even if I have another emergency and need wax asap I will not come here, I'd rather take the drive out to somewhere else and not be ripped off. I was a regular from the time you guys first opened and things were awesome, pricing was great, and there was a lot available! It really sucks how much that's changed.

love this location and the weed is super nice! everyone is very humble and remembers your name, just wish they had a personal tip jar at their stations!! very clean and smells great !!

ANC stills stands at the top. I’ve hopped around to other dispensaries to give them a try and I ALWAYS come back. I’m pretty much at the point where I don’t even go to any other dispensaries, because no one can beat their customer service along with their top tier flower and amazing deals — especially for medical patients. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who hasn’t stopped in, yet. Worth every penny!

This place is a joke they put coupons in a cannibus book telling you to use them so this was my second visit after driving 24 miles to the place just for them to tell me they don't take coupons I asked why give them to us n tell us to use them(reply) I DON'T KNOW. how you not know when your paying cannibus to promote your business in it Not getting my money NO MORE FALSE ADVERTISING

Ever since the recreational started, all patient deals have been elimimated it seems and everything has gotten more expensive. A lot of young new staff has been hired and most of them seem nice. Sometimes the lady running the window of the lobby can come off as unwelcoming and doesnt greet you.
