This place has a great product but terrible customer service.

What can I say, I love this place - a true hidden gem in the north valley. Donna was very energetic, happy and helpful. They didn't have the flower I was looking for, but she showed me a couple alternatives. I will absolutely be back, and I do recommend this location!!

First impressions of the interior were rather positive, the decor and ambiance was just right for the space. Located just off the 17 North makes for a easy drive. The 3 staff members I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every one of them helped find just the right strain. One of the best experiences I've had at a dispensary. The Achieve Silver shatter I got was of a decent to high quality. Good taste, easy smoke, and the consistency was just right for my liking, so thats a bonus. Considering the price point it is hard to find anything to nit pick. I enjoyed the purchase... With the wide breadth of products they offer, this could be the only dispensary you need.

ANC is a very beautiful looking and straight forward dispensary design. Walking in is awesome, and seeing the set up always has me feeling nostalgic..lol. The budtender's are always on point and super knowledgeable about the products and the intended and desired medicinal purposes of each strain and the relief desired to alleviate your laches and pains regardless of them being physical or maybe physiological such as PTSD, or neurological disorders such as MS. I THOROUGHLY ENJOY ANC, ONE OF MY FAV'S..THANKS GUYS ✌️❣️👊😄😊🇺🇲

As always I never get a senior discount or the online discount, that's why I spend most of my money at other dispensaries and only stop by here if I can't find the time to go somewhere else. I base my tips on discounts.

I love this place because they are always friendly, helpful, and fast! It’s a lower volume dispensary, so I’m in and out, especially with a preorder. Unlike some places, you don’t have to wait in the walk-in line for pickup orders. That being said, lower volume does not mean less as far as the variety and quality of their products. There’s plenty of everything and a wide range of brands. The only problem is now I live kind of far, but I still make it a point to go when visiting family up that way.

Had the pleasure of working with Tyler C today. He was very friendly and professional! (He also hooked it up with a sweet deal!) Bit of a drive, but I’ll definitely be back soon!

ANC is absolutely amazing! All of the employees were kind and knowledgeable! It’s a professional but chill atmosphere. They have a true deli style! I think my budtenders name was Tim, and he was wonderful. I hope they get more booby shirts soon, because I definitely want one! :)

if you consider your rec patients a problem.. why get you licence. literally the moment I walked in and said I was rec the atmosphere changed.even hearing their attitude to med patients.smh. I wonder how many 4 stars are really legit if the streets be talkin 😂

The atmosphere is great and the people are friendly but the flower is always so dry and they don’t offer daily deals anymore. It’s unfortunate that now it’s recreational that the medical patients have to suffer.

As a first timer, I was concerned that my lack of knowledge would be annoying. That was hardly the case. All my questions were answered and their expertise was refreshing. I wasn’t pressured into buying anything and they had great recommendations. Looking forward to the next visit.

Best dispensary there is. No hidden fees just great quality product and people. If you can’t except the way this dispo does business there’s about ten others in a ten mile radius but you’ll be missing out

Let me tell you something. I’ve been going to ANC since I got my card. Great spot. Not because they have the best weed, (check out their Dr who if they have it) But it’s because of their customer service. Alex and Anthony took great care of me. Recently I had a problem with this brand. Cavi Carts. I got two of their cartridges. And one blew up in my mouth, and the other didn’t even give me the slightest of effects. So I message Cavi Carts and they say they’re going to take care of it. After a week of going back and forth they tell me they have sent replacements to ANC. When I get there, ANC says they don’t have any record of this! But here comes Alex and Anthony to help me out. Not once have I left ANC disappointed. However, I recommend staying away from any Cavi Carts.
