Wanted to try and infused gram pre roll. Garlic and bananas. It hit about 3 times tried to stoke the cherry to get it hotter and the product flew out the pre roll when I made the attempt. Wasting $25. Low grade, doesn’t hit, poorly made. Not worth the paper it was stuffed in.

Good product but bad management super stupid business decision to close early on New Year’s Eve. Think of the money you lost idiots. Was a loyal customer but I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
My first time visiting Ascend at Horizon Drive in Springfield was today. Overall, not a bad experience. The only issue I had was the guy at the door "greeting" me. Dude made it extremely awkward when asking for my ID. After scanning it and I move on, I hear him tell staff he's going to do that to everyone else from that point on, as if it were funny. Not the best door greeter, definitely bit my tongue. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, great product selection. Will visit again!
