The fact that I was sick and placed a online order, they made it quick and easy. I was in and out in less then 10min. They seemed concerned and wanted me better.

This place is great the staff is very informative and customer service driven the atmosphere is very very contemporary and clean we're also Refreshments offered in all sales clearly displayed on the screens this is definitely my one of my favorite places I haven't waited in any other dispensary any longer then I have here except for dispensaries operating at a lower level this is definitely my go-to place thanks guys
Sunshine (heather) was absolutely wonderful, she was very informative and extremely helpful. Her services are why I come here.
7/8/2020 Had another fantastic experience! With my physical disability the staff is better than 1st class! Clean, warm and inviting atmosphere!
Really awesome how these guys always make things good thanks 👍
Very friendly staff. Have been here a few times and I am always very satisfied with my experience. Every employee is nice, respectful and knowledgeable. True Wellness has the best selection of flower and concentrates! Also they have amazing sales when you sign up for the text alerts and rewards program!
Great overall
Omar is the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 star guy 😎
Great place and wonderful people.👍
As a first timer (with Medical Marijuana & at ANY dispensary ever in my life, adding on absolutely zero knowledge about any of this. I thought the customer service was far beyond quality, it was superb. From the second I walked in the door, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Once I got called back, one of the girls who helped me was AMAZING. I was super nervous going in and everyone at True Wellness made it an awesome first experience. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you!
💚this place... a wide selection and they are super dope 😊thanks Sunshine and Leon

My top place to go to. They accept debt cards (may vary for ya but works great for me) and the pick up orders are super fast. This location stays steady & they are sure to get everyone helped & checkout quickly as possible. I appreciate all the help over the past visits!
This place is where it’s at for amazing prices and deals. The owner and his dispensary team are stellar.
Love this place, super helpful, great service, caring staff
Excellent staff
I've gone here and considered it my home store for over a year and spent probably $10,000. Yet theres never swag offered or the raffle overdone probably 100 times. Sent business there..but always told no swag unless we have to force you to spend money. this is why I come less often..especially after spending so much then seeing "swag texts" a day later. Fixed
Dispensary response:
We apologize that you haven't been able to get swag, but we always TRY to have something available. But with 2000+ patients, sometimes sizes run out faster than others. We have different swag available at different times depending on our personal stock as well as vendor swag they leave for patients after events. Anytime you would like a t-shirt, you can ask your PSP for one. If we do not have your size, it is noted in your account and given to you at the next available time. We can also check your transaction history to see if you have qualified for the $200+ order and give you some swag to cover that. We also have hoodies for sale for $30 or get a FREE beanie/hat when spending $200+. We also changed our $100 raffle to a $200 raffle after our 1yr anniversary in September to shrink the pool of tickets. We hope that this clears up any misunderstandings and we hope to see you back soon.
