Ordered around 10:30, was told I’d get my delivery around 12-1. That’s fine, I don’t mind waiting a bit. Then delayed to 2-3. Little annoying but was fine. Then they didn’t show up at all or communicate further.

I placed the first order around 9:30, waiting because I was in significant pain and needed it for tonight. They canceled it without calling or explaining anything. Having ordered from them before, I had never encountered this issue. I submitted a second order, assuming I might have made a mistake. They canceled the second order as well and still did not call, text, or email me back, so I will not recommend them now. It is 10:19, most clinics are closed, and I am still in pain.
they were fast and kind.
