Messed up my order in so many ways it’s not even funny. Should have checked before I left, so that’s on me, but suffice it to say I won’t be back to Ponderosa.

Four hours to deliver an order that was supposed to be delivered in 60 mins 4 miles away. No thank you.

Asked three times for a specific preroll, was assured I was getting g it, I get home and it’s not in the freaking bag! I live 10 miles away!!! What a pain in the ass. I drove all that way for it. Never again.
