The worst service! I was sold an EMPTY BOX! On top of this, the staff are snooty and somehow "holier than thou" - that is the vibe. I spent $70 on a 5 pack and a 3 pack. I drove all the way home, opened the 5 pack and there was NOTHING IN THE BOX! I also paid cash. I had to get back in my car, drive back to the store, park, go in. I was obviously very upset to be SOLD AN EMPTY BOX. When I got there the girl said " oh, thats not our responsibility, is the manufacturer". YES!!!!! BUT I BOUGHT IT AT YOUR STORE! "Well we have no control over what the manufacturer does". I was extremely upset by now and asked to speak to the manager- I was given a phone # which goes NO WHERE! They finally replaced the box and offered NOTHING FOR MY TROUBLE WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!! I WAS SOLD AN EMPTY BOX ! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! I am writing a review here and every other place and then I am going to report them to as many government agencies as I possibly can. All they had to do was say "sorry for your trouble, here is a discount", or "here's an extra pre roll" -anything to show they care about customer experience.

Oh nice! Glad the shop is back open, big fan.
