BASK- Medical Use

So today I put an order in at Bask and when I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by Justin I believe was his name at the Desk. After checking in I waited in line for not more than 10 min until a very helpful, caring and knowledgeable Manager name Eric assisted me with all of my needs he was very patient and Even recommended the Mamosa God punch and I’m glad he did, Wow this rosin is very flavorful and very potent. Today was a good day thanks to Bask! And Harpoon extract . I saved on the concentrate discount and Veterans was more than helpful. I highly recommend Bask and highly doubt you will find a dispensary as consistent as bask. Cleanliness is next to godliness here might I add. It’s definitely worth taking a ride to such an awesome medical dispensary. Thank you 🙏

When I got my medical card, I stopped here for my first purchase and had an issue off the start with the points and it being not being mentioned or offered to me as a new patient, during my first purchase. Then Covid happened. Points were not being offered. I just stopped here yesterday and left more confused on how the point system works. The worker told me my points are applied before my purchase, not after? I had 75 points ($5.00) to use. I felt rushed basically because it was busy, and decided to take the $5.00 points offered. Yet I didn’t have enough to cover it, after I used my current coupon also applied because I needed to spend more an I didn’t even know until after I accepted the $5,00 off with points on computer screen. The worker then told me my 75 points have to now be manually added back, which he promised he would do. (Why not add it back while I’m standing at the counter?) I just wish I was shown proof of this, (my account fixed) as the worker next to him obviously could hear the conversation and the people also patiently waiting in line too, that he would the fix the 75 points on my account on the spot. I am left NOW more confused again and not sure how points work, also being spoken too so fast, with a line behind me so close to end of day which honestly was not discreet either. Please provide proof that my 75 points that were shown before my purchase was made were actually added back to my account, along with my small double points purchase. Nothing on my receipt shows any points. I wish I was allowed to read the point screen better with my poor eyesight and all I honestly Felt rushed, overall. Left feeling disappointed, somewhat embarrassed too. To top it off, the woman at the desk who I checked in with said “next time ring the doorbell first”. I explained I did not know, and if she could see also I have not been back in months, how would I possibly know the way the door system works, to begin with. Rude uncaring service. Show some compassion for customers, please.

I like the place and went there today and was waited on by Ryan and he's waited on me before. I think he's an excellent budtender. He's very knowledgeable about your products and very personable.. I've sort of evolved into tinctures and find that yours are over priced and of low THC content in comparison to Alternative Compassion Services in Bridgewater. I realize they make their own tinctures and edibles, but their tinctures run from about 54 to 58 dollars an ounce and all have a THC content of greater than 500 mg. You guys are convenient to my location and have great sales, but BW gets my business for tinctures.

I am 100% disabled Veterans you used to deliver to my house. I called delivery multiple times and nobody responded. One time I called 12/13 times and someone got mad. Now someone has decided that I am not worthy for delivery. My hips , knees and back hurts when I have to make that drive. I used tip your staff!

I've been going there for 2 years great place and the staff are awesome. The prices are a little on the higher side but I haven't had a bad experience with any of Bask's offerings and I like that they try to use their own home grown strains for the edibles.

Was my first visit to bask as a medical patient and the people were very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed for my pain problems.

Not sure how this spot gets some many positive reviews. The staff is friendly enough but the medical selection is often disappointing, in terms of selection, potency and price. $70 Vape carts?! Really? Flower is typically too dry and the edibles consistently come in at low rec. thc levels. Overall, the prices are ridiculous. The dispensary that I frequent in downtown Boston has better prices - and that's saying something. If you're in a pinch then Bask is fine, but I think we would all benefit from some competition in the area.

Everyone that works here is super helpful and friendly. Even when they’re busy, they always provide the best customer service. I always grab pre-rolls so I was happy to see the new hash infused joints, amazing high! Also the live rosins from Harpoon Extracts have so much flavor compared to most dabs from what I’m used to.

They obviously ditched their old customers from the computer system. I was a customer, they couldn’t find me registered ,which I was. Unfortunately they did not allow me a new patient deal though..... BAD business , greed has hit this dispensary since it went recreational!!!!!! Save your money and drive past this dispensary. They are way over priced!!!!! Greedy

The product selection is great, prices are the same as all the other dispensaries in the state. The staff was very helpful in picking out some products. I like how the medical area is separate than the adult use, makes it much easier and no waiting in line. Cant say enough about the flower, one of the best in the state.

why are 1/8 th 6o$ average is 45$-50$ for medical. your whole medical menu is over priced

People are too stuck up and entitled with their reviews here, these guys do a great job for what its worth. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the product is quality. Keep up the good work y'all

This dispensary is my favorite in MA so far. The medical side has the most knowledgeable staff. The prices are great, they always have awesome deals.
