I was impressed with the knowledge, upbeat vibe, obvious teamwork and overall positivity I felt while visiting for my 1st time. I'll certainly return. Do hope you expand your edibles in the future thou. 😊.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable . wish i knew this one specific budtender but he knows his stuff! He hasn’t let me down yet. Love the preroll deal and prices are decent, plenty of parking , good selection, tasty bud

Disappointed in my last flower purchase. Lousy trim job, larfy bud and found some seeds. Where is the quality control? Definitely not worth $50/8th. The facility is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and close to the highway.

Only dispensary I will shop at. I come here at least 3x a week & they always have what I need. The staff are very friendly & very educated on their products. Online orders are always complete before I even leave my house! 😊

I constantly find seeds in their flower. Prices are some of the most expensive around. Customer service is great. I only purchase from here if I absolutely have to. I'd shop here a lot more often if the prices change or if a deal on flower was implemented on a certain day (like other dispensaries).

Everyone is really nice. This is my second time going there and I loved it. My first time going was a very good visit as well. Everyone was welcoming and I loved everything I got! Prerolleds are definitely the way to go in my opinion!

Staff here is upbeat and positive. Weight of products has been on point every time until they began placing moisture absorbers into the 3.5g packages. The actual product itself on two different scales weigh in at exactly 3.0g.. not 3.5g as being sold and reported to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Every 3.5g package weighing in at 3.0. All of them.. The 'discounts' are not discounts nor points nor deals. Called their store after weighing twice, they never returned my call. Wouldn't recommend based on the dishonesty within management and/or packaging.

The Staff at Bask is extremely professional yet friendly. The quality of the products is excellent and the setting is clean and following all COVID protocols.

Was going to Bask weekly spending literally hundreds of dollars and was very dissapointed that on more then one occasion some of my prerolls were not a full gram . I buy a min of 10 at a time and when I informed my bud tender she said oh no that's impossible it's all weighed . Well I been smokin and weighing my stuff prior to her even being born and I was looked at like I was trying to get over . I made several attempts to email, call and other ways to complain with nothing , not even an apology . I'm not the only one who had this happen and I dont appreciated being ripped off regardless if it's an accident . Other then that no problems but they also do give double the discount at NEA compared to bask .

Every time I visit bask it is clean, well organized, everybody is super friendly and always so helpful

Out of all the dispensaries I’ve been to are much cheaper and better products!!!! I very really go to your dispensary and others don’t go anymore. I suggest you honor your deals and if capable for more than one deal then give all that apply. The other dispensaries do that and what you do is a rip off. All in all lower your prices and you’ll have more business!!!!!
