I had some major surgery and I haven’t been there in a while. Today when I walked in, I was greeted by everyone and it just felt so nice. The staff is so friendly. I recommend this place to everyone.

Where are the Sativa products? Where is the Matter Blue 30 count xtra? Makes it difficult to continue patronage when one’s usual product is in stock one month and then not again or once in a while. Recreational venues are opening here on SI - I need medical,pain relief - do I have to go recreational?

Was the first time coming without my children. Staff made me feel comfortable and they were extremely helpful. Thank you.

I usually LOVE this place... But a pre-roll I got today, Brownie Scout, was empty. It was sealed, but there was nothing inside... This is the first time that happened to me... I don't know what I should do...

I had a great first experience with Be. Staten Island location today. I had previously only visited their Brooklyn location and had received an email they were offering 30% off your purchase this weekend. Unfortunately the brooklyn location was out of stock of the thc-a dominant products (this is the cannabinoid that helps w migraine associated pain and nausea). I saw that the Staten Island location did have the products I wanted in stock- and is only 15 min further from me via public transit. I called in advance to confirm the 30% off patient appreciation sale. Fernando who I spoke with on the phone was SO nice, so helpful, patient and kind! I had emailed them my certification and card and had placed an order on their website. Fernando confirmed they had everything in stock, that I would receive 30% off and that they are open until 8 pm Thurs- Saturday. (Leafly order confirmation incorrectly says you must arrive by 7 pm to pick up your order) I took the bus from chambers street (same $2.75 mta price) and it was a VERY short walk from the bus stop to the dispensary- maybe 3 minutes. Well you paved sidewalks. I did see plenty of parking on the street as well as a really good looking dim sum place I want to try next time. Bonus points- this location is VERY accessible for individuals with limited mobility or who use mobility devices. There is a low curb, no stairs and plenty of seating once inside. When I got inside, I was checked in immediately as they had received my card and certification via email, they let me go right back. Justin was the budtender who helped me. Super kind, professional and thorough. He checked my order and confirmed I was seeing the items I had requested. He also confirmed the price for me and a breakdown of each item cost after the discount. The price at check out was the same price quoted to me over the phone. No surprises! Be. Staten Island also takes canpay which is my preferred payment method as I never have cash and dislike debit card. Canpay is easy- you pay with your phone, money comes out of your linked bank account, and you are never are charged a fee. It is absurd that manhattan dispensaries like medmen and etain don't accept CanPay and insist on charging debit card processing fees. Bonus #2: I received a bunch of kind freebies from Justin and Fernando including some beautiful pride stickers, a lanyard, BE sunglasses, and even a dry erase board! Score! If you take advantage of their monthly patient appreciation sale to stock up, you can get the 1g select cartridges for $84 each. Anyway, I really appreciated the warm welcome and smooth experience at Be. Staten Island. I do encourage you, all patients to have keep a copy of your certification and card electronically to email the dispensaries you visit in advance. Much easier than having to dig out my paper certification

They have this dude Jason, who works there real MVP, nicest dude always helps with whatever you’re looking for makes the place very comfortable.

This is the ONLY place I go to because I love the friendly vibe, the variety of products and the people are super chill. Walking into the store feels like walking into my own version of Cheers. I've had exceptional customer service each time I've ordered and have always been met with a solution if any issue pops up, like out of stock strains or adjusting orders to accommodate last minute additions to your order. This location is top choice. 👍🏼

This is one of the best Dispensary ever. The products are never dry. Even the ground flower are moist without a terpene shield.I do recommend buying terpene shields because they give the plant such a high boost and lasting flavor. I just love how it makes the plant so much richer. The staff here are so cool. They never seem to rush you out the door. They keep this place very clean and atmosphere a very calm place.. You must check this place out.

Great place right here on Staten Island! First impressions are positive. Staff are pleasant, and the atmosphere is super comfortable! So many products on display make for a nice visit. Nice verity of different strains. I'll be a regular & skip the boat ride to the city.

The staff is the most helpful, friendly, helpful, and polite people in any business I've been to on Staten Island. Overall they just make the experience at this place a very pleasant one. Every time I go in there I am greeted by a friendly smile and very knowledgeable staff. As for the products sold here, I wish they had more variety or selection with the different strains, and the whole flower selection in general. The best whole flower brand they have is the curaleaf selection in my opinion. The only other whole flower brand that is decent is the Vireo brand which is usually a little dry. I'm not a big fan of vape products but the select elite live by curaleaf was pretty good, as well as the cliq. As for edibles, The best tasting ones were the Matter brand lemon drops or the , and the curaleaf gummies.

Very friendly staff, I love it here. Just wish they had more variety of their flower products and not run out of options as often. Other than that it’s the best place I’ve been to in NY.
