Staff is always professional and friendly

They’ve been out of stock/dropped many of the items I would purchase on a weekly basis, they’ve been leaving me with very little options as of late.

Great place very friendly staff ! Its a little too pricey but its NY so its expected.

I sense ownership or higher pay grade problems, they're running into scarcity issues too fast where the other dispenseries are flush. I hope they can stay in business, it's Staten Islands only dispensery and they're nice people working there.

Very helpful staff, friendly, and prompt. Great sale on this time, 25% off when you spend $200 or more. Nice all around.

I am so disappointed with this dispensary. I started about the beginning of May . I purchased Curaleaf tincture 1:1 lemon flavored. Refill on June and since June they have been out of this, and I have no been able to get it since. Many phone calls and was told they don’t have it and don’t know when. It now two months that I am unable to get what I need to help my pain. Called the Dist mgr. no response, left messages and no response. For a dispensary this one is horrible especially this is the only one on Staten Island. What can one do? Maybe someone can get an answer because I can’t.

All of the workers are courteous and professional. The store is very clean and modern looking. I highly recommend. I do hope the store opens up more often. From what I understand, the store is open 10-12 hours per week.

Love getting my products from here. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. Wish they were opened up for more days and that they had more product selections (cartridges).

I’m a new cannabis patient. The person explained what I can take. It was a good experience.

Placed my order online since i was a first time patient i had to wait like a hour and a half but when my product was ready everything was done quick the workers are nice and friendly and i got a discount i wasn’t even expecting ! Definitely would go here again just sucks they’re only open two days

Great staff, great products, even better service

This was my first visit to Be. Prior to arriving a very competent lady named Erica went over my disability, and guided me to the correct mixture. Upon arriving at BE, i met the Pharmacist, named Steven. He,too, was polite, and professional. I am very impressed, and I would highly recommend BE on New Dorp Lane.

Fast and easy transaction. The ladies were both pleasant & had my products in stock and ready for me. Would definitely recommend.
