Since this placed opened I've only ever ordered during this pandemic crap and honestly this place sucks the staff are nice and knowledgeable but they only open 2 days a week, are horrible at keeping products stocked unless its 50state legal CBD products, and their prices are usually +$10-20 more expensive then others I see on leafly in other boroughs . Sorry BE. But you guys gotta get your shit together or let someone else take over the operation. (2021 Cuomo is now on board for recreational legalization gee.. I wonder why?)

Honestly, I want to like this place but I can’t. The store design and layout is awesome. The staff is super friendly. However the quality of their flower is straight garbage. I’ve tried on three separate times. First was decent, some GG but mostly dried out small nugs that turned to dust at slightest touch. Then I tried super silver haze, 3.5g. It was all trim bottom of the bag shake. Yesterday I went in to get some edibles, which are decent, and got some MML at their suggestion. Not only was it short on weight but all shake and stringy & dried out. Do not buy flower from here it’s awful and they won’t take it back.

Very good customer service regarding purchase and pickup. The customer experience could have been a little better and interactive. No one volunteered to show me all of the products that were available and their sedative differences. They pretty much asked for my credentials, handed me my order and I was out the door. The place looked great. Too bad no one took the time to show me around.

Everything, the Associates are Friendly, Knowledgeable and remember me by name. That makes for a pleasant retail experience each and every time.

The staff is friendly and well educated on all the products in the store. I previously shopped in the city and was so happy when Be. opened on Staten Island. I have never had a problem with getting anything I need and I’ve been coming here for over a year. They are always fully stocked with their products. Best thing that happened to Staten Island the forgotten borough in a longtime! I’m a very happy customer and will continue to shop here !! :)
