Very pretty atmosphere but it was a bit overwhelming.
Nice place but thats about it. The service was poor and the quality and variety of products was the worst I have ever seen.

Another pretty setup for not so pretty meds
Great location, they were very flexible with my needs, had all state tested product, and answered all my questions! I’m enjoying my new Ooze Comet very much and can’t wait to stop in again. Kalamazoo needed these people!

Super friendly and helpful. They have awesome deals going on most of the time.
This shop has pretty good deals that always seem to rotate. The variety of different products is a much appreciated surprise.

Great service and selection! Right off of 94 so it’s easy to get in and out. Very clean and pretty inside. Prices are competitive and they have great deals on Presto carts.
Nice place, looks like the apple store of bud. Good service and variety.

No Flower :(

We hear you. We were disappointed as well that we didn't have flower in for our soft opening.
As we've mentioned elsewhere, soft openings are important to get a handle on operations and fully prepare for when we open in full-swing. Not having flower on the shelves is certainly a big reason why we're still in "soft opening mode" and haven't advertised a grand opening.

They have the open sign out but yet you try to go in and they tell u to come back in an hour..... I guess I’m confused as to why you would even say ur open on here if your not thanks for wasting my time and gas

We're terribly sorry that you arrived at the store this morning to find that we could not serve patients. The handicap-accessible door that separates the patient waiting room from the retail store malfunctioned, and it was being repaired. Unfortunately, Michigan State regulations prohibit us from even having patients in the waiting room if there is not an established separation between the two. We were legally not allowed to have patients in the building if the door was off the hinges.
Just like elevators being out of service, this can ruin your day. We get it. But please come back. We'll do our best to impress you and satisfy your medical needs.

Greatest dispensary I've ever been to
Atmosphere and employees are great. Great deals on carts and excellent concentrates. Don't have any flower options other than prerolls yet, but I'm sure they're working on it. Great place!

Got no smoke. Only carts I saw was some off brand presto garbage.

Yes, not having flower during our first week was definitely not ideal. This is why we approached that time as an unadvertised "soft opening" where we would concentrate on a smaller set of customers that chose to walk in. We were striving to learn what adjustments could be made to how we checked in patients and helped them find the products right for them.
As for the carts, we were definitely featuring an awesome deal on Presto! that week. But we also carry Claw and are bringing in new brands all the time.
Give us another chance and we're sure we'll do "Better" for you.

Easy to get in and out
You have no marijuana at all. Why would you even open up? I can't believe your story about the state when the place right down the road has 10 different kinds. I did really like the fact you sell papers and stuff but I really just came for some smoke, of which you had none. Thanks for nothing, literally.

Same things everyone else had but less of variety

It's true, many provisioning centers carry a lot of the same products. We hope that you'll find our store different because of how you feel when you shop here, and how our staff treats your individual needs. All that said, we realize it's hard to have an amazing experience if we aren't stocked with flower. You came during our first week of "soft opening," where we tried to work through many of the complicated details of opening a retail dispensary. Our flower was still going through independent lab testing during that time. We're fully operational now, and we have flower as well. We hope you'll come back and allow us to make things "Better" for you.

Overheard the budtenders say something racist about the security guard and the girl at the check in. I will not be back.
