I have shopped at Better Provisioning Company somewhere around 15+ times since its soft-opening last summer 2019. They have a large showroom with empty shelves and very limited product. I have had ONE positive experience there. I believe the budtenders name was Jim (possibly the owner or manager). He was kind, polite, and helpful. However, I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but aside from the one positive experience, the complete lack of respect, courtesy, professionalism, customer service in general, have been my primary experience. Literally every single employee at BPC—aside from Jim— didn’t even try to act like they cared about their patients or their jobs. Zero eye contact. Silence upon walking in/no greeting whatsoever. Frequently answers questions with “I don’t know./I think? Maybe?/check our menu if you want to know (Fun fact: they have no online menu as of current). No send off greeting. Even after I said “Have a great rest of your day”..... crickets.....
With all that being said, I’m kinda forced to continue shopping at BPC due to their lower prices. So I’ll deal with the sub-SUB-par customer service. But raise your prices and I’m a lost customer.
