I have shopped at Better Provisioning Company somewhere around 15+ times since its soft-opening last summer 2019. They have a large showroom with empty shelves and very limited product. I have had ONE positive experience there. I believe the budtenders name was Jim (possibly the owner or manager). He was kind, polite, and helpful. However, I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but aside from the one positive experience, the complete lack of respect, courtesy, professionalism, customer service in general, have been my primary experience. Literally every single employee at BPC—aside from Jim— didn’t even try to act like they cared about their patients or their jobs. Zero eye contact. Silence upon walking in/no greeting whatsoever. Frequently answers questions with “I don’t know./I think? Maybe?/check our menu if you want to know (Fun fact: they have no online menu as of current). No send off greeting. Even after I said “Have a great rest of your day”..... crickets..... With all that being said, I’m kinda forced to continue shopping at BPC due to their lower prices. So I’ll deal with the sub-SUB-par customer service. But raise your prices and I’m a lost customer. Progress, not perfect. Reset, re-staff, and restart! Much love 🌬🍃

I have to revise my earlier review. They said they were going to get some fresh flower, but three weeks has gone by, checked in yesterday and just the same old stuff, and I mean OLD stuff. Sure, good prices, but they are trying to get rid of the old product, and yesterday their shelves were almost bare. I heard someone ask if they were closing shop and I believe the girl said "something like that". Too bad because I liked the shop and the staff. They have a much better atmosphere than "down the road", but at least there is good stuff down the road (and at many other places n Kalamazoo, too).

Today was my first time in, and let me tell you, it truly was something else. Genuinely other worldly. Never have I had such a fantastic first time at such a fresh Center. Outstanding environment, as soon as I walked through the door the Security Officer and Front Desk Clerk were more that kind and inviting upon entry, a genuine “Good Morning! Welcome!” And nothing but smooth sailing from then on out to the Business Area, striking genuine conversation with the most friendly demeanor and they didn’t even know me. Upon moving to the Business Area, again I was welcomed with open arms per say, a pleasant how do you do, and the friendliest attitude I could ask for. My provisioning specialist was more than helpful, I didn’t catch his name unfortunately, JShepherd as listed on my receipt, and he was very thorough at doing everything he could to be sure I was directed to Strains that were to suit exactly what I needed. And even provided thoughts and recommendations on conditions I wasn’t even looking to treat at the time, he was very insightful on several recommendations to ease such ailments. The pricing is magnificent, much more in my allotted budget with my income. Never have I found such a deal. In the end, I most certainly will be visiting again soon, Very clean, very friendly, very cozy. Top notch facility 👌 at this rate, I believe they will do outstanding. Most certainly pay them a visit!

why is MY app saying that all the price is $5.00. More in I am legal so what kind of situation is this with two fake apps what's going on..,..📣📣📣📣😠😠😠😠😠

This is the worst place I have ever been to. They text a lot and never have anything good. I found Lake Effect down the road to have some good deals.

Great medical marijuana dispensary! Budtenders are very personable—some more knowledgeable than others. The guy who resembles Jerry Garcia is very knowledgeable! When they have a sale, they HAVE A SALE! Have been back three times for sales!

I don't like to be negative but that's the only info i can offer up about better. The only thing better about them is their name. ha ha

First time visit but not the last. I enjoyed my shopping trip got lots of good stuff thanks to Jim going over all my questions and helping me decide what was best for me. He was very knowledgeable on all items and instead of buying one little cartridge I left with a nice bag of assorted goodies. GreaT customer service I will def go back and recommend this place to all. Thanks guys mkpatterson

I did not like the set up and the options for medicine are not as big as down the road I also do not like how leafy the bud is

I would be remiss to not mention the fact that I learned a lot about this place from a current employee. He says the management go in and write all the positive reviews you read here because as soon as they opened nobody liked them except for Lake Effect budtenders because Presto aka PooPoo Pods are cheaper. Now put THAT in your pipe and 🚬 it

Great prices and super friendly helpful staff. I like to talk with staff that know their product and can hold a conversation with their customers. Great place, great selection.

Consistently Best prices in Kalamazoo area. Vape cartridges are varied and affordable.

A very disorganized situation overall. I was put off by the fact the people before me was yelling about being ripped off. My personal experience did not seem to be much better than the couple before myself. I think my jar was short and I hated the glass it was dangerous.

This store was absolutely beautiful!!! It was my first time there, and I am very impressed. The Receptionist was very friendly and there to greet me with a great smile as soon as I walked it. The bud tenders seem to really know their stuff. Location is so convenient. I’m really glad we have this location in kzoo to visit. I will definitely be back, and will be referring everyone I know.

Turn the lights up a little bit so you can read what’s on packaging. Make sure your receptionist doesn’t forget your card and knows how to properly great a customer/patient, same goes for security chillin eating his lunch right when you walk in. Had like 2 prerolls to choose from and the bud tender didn’t even know what they were. Had to hold it up in front of his face cuz it was so dark and couldn’t see that it said indica. Alll in all I understand y’all just opened but please get people who aren’t just their to make a paycheck and seek bud. Cuz 1 y’all ain’t got none, and 2 for the bud you did have the dude couldn’t even tell me what it was. Get it right throw a new deal up and I’ll give you a second chance

I drive out here from Grand Rapids pretty regularly and it’s definitely worth it! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and honest when it comes to recommendations; their descriptions are always spot on. Goo berry pre-rolls are my favorite.

Jafar was very helpful and and knowledgeable of the products. The whole staff is super polite and the cannabis is dank af! I will always return here because its like walking in to cheers, they are all about forming a lasting relationship with they're customers and it shows!

Great selection of reasonably priced bud. Staff is laid back yet professional.
