I am such a huge fan of the good news disposables they really hit but I tried out the Joos brand pens and 3 out of the four I have had don't pull anymore and I still have half a vial in the pen. I don't know if Ive been unlucky or if its something Im doing wrong. Everyone is super friendly and always ready to talk about different strains to find out which works for you.

I have attempted to contact them many many times. I’ve given them 2 weeks to reach out to me and I have not heard ANYTHING. Long story but here are the key points about my visit: 1. Their online discounts didn't match up with in store discounts. I left the house thinking I'd get $144 off, when I only got $75 2. I ordered Pink Kush by Aeriz, super excited to try it. Bud Tender talked it up and then an error in the system wouldn't allow them to sell it to me (AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR IT) 3. They then tried to refund me $37 for a $60 item, I told them no, refund the whole order and start over. 4. At this point there were 5 other med patients waiting still after about 20 min or so of this and he was the ONLY bud tender on a friday night where they were doing $75 off $250+. The other patients were getting very pissed. 5. It took 56 minutes to get this all settled and the manager didn't even offer any type of discount for any of the issues. I left feeling screwed over and I’ve opened multiple cases all stating that you will hear from them within 24 hours but you will hear nothing and their live chat won’t help you.

My medical card with the state of Illinois got messed up and thanks to beyond/hello my medical card issue has been resolved
